Think about these thoughts,
(Note, “They,” in the following bullet point list, is not the Royal “They” - that is it is not intended to indicate those from Pallasart as a group, but rather the person or persons who do the action or behavior talked about. Or - as the sentence would normally read and that word order would indicate” Also think of the fact that this list was one that described a specific group of people with similar known and recognized traits so that people could learn to recognize this group and how some people react to them...)
· very few people, when put to the test, have the integrity and moral courage to stand up against bullying, harassment, corruption etc; the target is selected often because that person has this moral courage; most people will pass by on the other side, only targets have the integrity to be a good Samaritan
· bystanders think that if they keep their heads down, their mouths shut and pretend nothing is happening then it won't happen to them [wrong – their turn will come eventually]
· they exert power and control by a combination of selectively withholding information and spreading disinformation, therefore everyone has a distorted picture - of only what they want them to see
· they go to great lengths to undermine their target
· they are masters of manipulation, and are fond of manipulating people through their emotions (eg guilt)
· they are adept at manipulating peoples' perceptions with intent to engender a negative view of the target in the minds of bystanders, this is achieved through undermining, including the creation of doubts and suspicions and the sharing of false concerns
· They poison the atmosphere and actively poison people's minds against the target
· when close to being outwitted and exposed, they feign victimhood and turn the focus on themselves - another example of manipulating people through their emotion of guilt, eg sympathy, feeling sorry
· most bystanders are hoodwinked by their ruses for abdicating responsibility and evading accountability
· they encourage and manipulate bystanders to lie, act dishonorably and dishonestly, withhold information and spread misinformation
· they manipulate bystanders to punish the target for alleged infractions, ie the bystanders become instruments of harassment
· they are often able to bewitch one especially emotionally needy bystander into being their easily controlled spokesperson / advocate / supporter / denier
· they often form an alliance with someone who has the same behavior profile, thus increasing the levels of threat, fear and dysfunction
· they are able to charm and manipulate a number of bystanders to act as supporters, assistants, reinforcers, appeasers, deniers, apologists and minimisers
· some people gain gratification (a perverse feeling of satisfaction) from seeing others in distress and thus become complicit
· they groom bystanders, and the target, to believe the target deserves the treatment they are receiving
· they are a smooth individual who excels at deception using a combination of compulsive lying, Jekyll and Hyde nature, manipulation, mimicry of normal behavior, self-assuredness and charm
· the bystanders see only the Dr Jekyll side of the bully, but only the target sees the Mr/Ms Hyde side; Dr Jekyll is sweet and charming, Mr/Ms Hyde is evil; Mr/Ms Hyde is the real person, Dr Jekyll is an act · apathy is rampant · denial is everywhere
I told you they would! Or I became a Target…
Well “they” did it, just as we were told they would by a member of Bob Atchison’s Alexander Palace “Inner Circle”. I already had my little panic attack a few days ago when I first learned of it, so a small reaction when I actually read it, but as it was just more of the past, well the anticipation was worse than the reality, more like a stress flash back than anything else. Remember that I said a few days ago that if a site about me went up that it would confirm that yes we do indeed have someone on the “inside” who is sympathetic to Oma Hamou and her cause/dreams or at least hates Bob Atchison’s methods of controlling people? So taking that as a validating point, then when we say that the same person told us that the OHR Blog was created by Rob Moshein and is willing to swear out an affidavit to that effect (who knows which of the members of “Pallasart” actually do the writing from post to post,) anyway, taking that thought in a logical progression then is it not possible that the fact that Rob created the OHR Blog is true also? Not to mention all the other times we have reported what is happening according to members of the “Inner Circle?” And while you are pondering this, compare what was said about me to what has been said by “them” on Oma’s own Forum as well as on Legend’s, is it not an almost perfect match? As if they believe that if they say it often enough and loud enough that it becomes truth?. A principle of the Big Lie…
The current word is that on Pallasart’s OHR site that they now send people to “My” own hate blog, and that they have mailed all/many members of the AP Forum to go view it. Which also firmly anchors that Pallasart is fully involved in creating and promoting libelous sites about anyone that they dislike. It seems to me that this indeed clinches that “they” are unable to figure out how to refute what we have been saying concerning Bob/Pallasart other than by claiming that “we” (Those of us who are Oma Hamou’s friends and or co-workers who despise what has been done to all of us by “Pallasart”) are lying. Let’s face it, how do you refute your own sworn-to-be-true-to-the-court words and documents? Other than to say that the other side lied and faked the documents and hope that those bystanders who you are talking to will just accept. In good propaganda technique it seems best to misdirect attention, and denigrate the person rather than showing where the logic is wrong, or finding flaws in the research. It is sometimes called a Red Herring when looking at propaganda methods. That is ATTACK THE PERSON, not what they say.
Think about this, the OHR Blog and Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report all screamed out the same message: they got all this information from public records and to “them” it’s just them doing their civic duty in warning the public about mine and Oma's character. The problem has ALWAYS been that they don't KNOW how to read official court documents or they choose to intentionally warp the facts to support their own conclusions and if that won’t work, well just invent a few “facts” (See the Big Lie as made famous by Adolph Hitler). For example they shouted that Oma was a “Fugitive from Justice” and on the run from the law (until one day they quietly dropped that claim,) that she had seven “convictions”, then it was five and then --- well you get the drift. They claim Oma was extradited to the state of Montana --- but there is NOT ONE document that shows that she was – because it didn't happen. This has always been the situation, “they” state things as fact, such as Oma getting Father Markell to co-sign for a loan, or that I gave Oma the name of the alleged hit man specifically so that he could murder Bob, I mean come on, none of this was true but “THEY” expect you to believe it. “They” expect you to overlook the fact that Bob Atchison forged documents and gave them to the police and in court to use against Oma Hamou. These same documents were used against Oma in Bob’s civil suit where a jury believed him and his attorney --- and ruled in Bob Atchison’s favor. This is the same man who runs a web business from his home and pretends that his company is on the up and up when the truth is his company's charter was literally yanked away from him. “They” expect you to OVERLOOK Bob/Rob's wrongs because the means justifies the ends but that's not how the Law sees it. Oma is working to see Bob prosecuted for the crimes, real crimes, that he committed over a period of six years against her. I think the majority of people understand who Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison are.
Honestly, if you are wondering what all this is about, you have just received a email about some horrible person and run and see for yourself… Well first off, it will take some time to figure it all out. But once you put things in the proper time order, and in context such as is proper for historical research. Well it seems that Bob Atchison fired the opening salvo by publishing on the AlexanderPalace.org site itself a page about how horrible Oma Hamou was and the hate her. Over time “we” have at different times and places refuted the lies that Pallasart has published or otherwise communicated to the public. At Legends Rob Moshein came bursting on the scene in full attack mode, until the forum owner banned him as he confessed that the only reason he was there was to harass the members. Again, who fired the first round? This has been a pattern, they fire of a bunch of lies derived from twisted facts and their own imagination. The use a Yellow Journalism style of Tell The Truth, tell the Truth, tell the truth, then slip in the BIG LIE and people who are not aware will fall for it. Go look, I back up my comments with documen6ts, they draw conclusions without the benefit of fact to back them up, as you will notice in the next paragraph…
The latest update at the hate Mike Blog says:
“December 8, 2006. Mike Newson has now blocked access to the Internet Archive copy of this. Seems he is too embarassed to acknowledge and take responsibility for his past statements and actions. Why else would he do this? He didn't care BEFORE...”
Again notice the misspelling, as has been typical of past posts by Rob here on Legends. Notice how often they checked the site to notice the change, which is what a stalker would do. Also notice the way that a fact is provided and then (as if as that part is true) that the following conclusion is offered as truth. Excellent training material for those interested in propaganda methods. On the other hand it also shows that Rob Moshein COULD have blocked the Archive of the OHR site, as he should have - given what the courts ordered him to do and how the Archive of that site was used by Pallasart during the active existence of the court ordered restraining order. Showing a total distain of the courts authority as if “they” were above the courts control. I wanted to see if it was possible and expected a reaction to my doing it, so I blocked the archiving of a site that there is no need to have an archive of, as the archiving entity can not archive the principle contents. I think I may do the same else where as I see no advantage to having these sites be archived for all of the future to see. And as I have an enemy who is looking for the slightest thing to attack with, why provide them with any advantage? I had also hoped that the timing would be such that this article would be published before the site was crawled by the Archive robot. So that when they reacted as I knew that they would, it would be after I had published, so the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray. Still I’d bet that they won’t pull that page down after reading this, and that they will update it after this is published.
That Pallasart is deeply involved, as the mailing about this latest hate Blog to its members proves, is nothing new, nor is this attempted destruction of myself unique. If “they” (Rob, Bob, and those who are “in” their clique/cult also known here as Pallasart) want to “get you” or “destroy” someone they will indeed stop at nothing, and if they find nothing they will attempt to twist what they do find to make it sound bad, and cause people to hate the target. This is not an isolated incidence of lashing out in anger, but this was something that was methodically and cold bloodedly planed and executed as has happened all the other times. This latest attempt on me is just as has been done by “them” many times in the past, and not just to Oma Hamou, but many others…
In a letter to Mr. Atchison, dated October 13, 2003, Attorney, David Slater writes:
“…I have demanded that you cease and desist from your extensive communications and statements to various persons and entities dealing with Ms. Hamou and refrain from physically harassing her. I do not refer to mere heated statements made in an isolated manner in the context of a common contractual dispute. Your actions are well beyond what would normally be expected in a dispute between businesspersons. … you refuse to cease and desist from the communications and conduct of which I have complained. …”
Consider what Dave Slater wrote in his brief to the court for Oma, but now consider it in the light of what was just coldly and calculatingly written to denigrate me …
"...From 2001 to the present date: Bob Atchison and Pallasart, in combination and conspiracy, have communicated in print or verbally and have otherwise published to third parties a mosaic of defamatory claims without the consent of any of the targets of this defamatory language, and with express malice, intent and design to harm Oma Hamou, Enigma and The Sarskaia Foundation. Both Bob Atchison and Pallasart's defamatory statements are of the kind calculated to cause harm to Oma Hamou in her profession and ability to earn...These defamatory statements constitute statutory libel and statutory slander which tend to injure the reputation of Oma Hamou, expose her to public hatred, contempt, ridicule, and tend to expose her to financial injury, as well as impeach her honesty, integrity, virtue, or reputation by exposing her to public hatred and ridicule. In addition to the foregoing, the defamatory statements of Pallasart and Bob Atchison constitute slander per se in that such statements were false, made without legal justification, published to third parties and referenced an ascertainable person. Said statements were, in the alternative, slanderous per quod and resulted in special damages suffered by Oma Hamou, Enigma and The Sarskaia Foundation…"
In the light of the foreknowledge that Rob Moshein/Bob Atchison/Pallasart has about the harm their actions are considered to cause by the courts, when illuminated by what the courts so forcefully pointed out in regards to Oma Hamou, one wonders that they would not reconsider their actions after pondering why the courts would have told Rob this:
“The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.”

History has taught us that Oma isn’t the first person to have been assaulted by “Pallasart.” Many people have also been the target and their careers almost ruined because of what Bob/Rob and their followers have done to them. In a letter June 20, 2004 Peter Kurth writes:

In a recent letter dated August 6, 2006 someone else wrote:
"…I have to tell you that I've had a pretty interesting week. I've spoken to Bob Atchison several times -- which is unusual…Anyway, long and short of it is he's pretty damned freaked out by what's going on here (Legends), and he watches obsessively. He's asked me to intercede with you guys…I did have a very bad time with them and the treatment I received on their board. They weren't interested in helping out a "friend" then, and guess what? I'm not interested in helping them out now. I told them that you guys had never, ever been anything other than perfectly friendly, helpful and pleasant people. This is my experience with you, and I see no reason to accept anyone else's as more valid. In fact, after my first conversation with Bob (last Sunday), I have to say that I really saw the nature of the beast. I refused to give in to his various demands -- not only concerning you guys, but also concerning Helen…, who has apparently threatened to sue him if he kicks her off his board -- and he went from zero to crazy in nothing flat. I've never seen anything like it. Before he slammed the phone down, he promised to "fuck with me" if I ever fuck with him -- and that he'll write what he "really thinks" …publish it in the NY Times. …my-brother-the-lawyer ran a low-income divorce clinic in downtown LA, we'd occasionally get threatening calls from people who were heading down to fuck us up or kill us or something. And then there's be a pause on the line.... and they'd ask us where we were. And we'd say, "We're just not going to help you fuck us up, asshole. Off you go to find out yourself. I told Bob the same thing about Rob going over to Anastasia D...'s place -- why on earth would anyone answering the door to a strange man confirm the residency of anyone, let alone a single woman? And persistence will result in a call to the police and a possible beating with the aluminum baseball bat we keep behind the door. And there’s more from the previous lawsuit but at least this gives an indication of the bullying tactics incorporated and used by Pallasart and Bob Atchison against anyone they perceive is an enemy.

The world has already been told how you think I am a pedophile "pervert," who is having a sexual affair with Oma, of course that is just a reflection of your own mind showing through. On February 3, 2006 on the APTM forum someone (I assume its you but then again it could be Bob) acting as FA published: "...There is a disorder generally classified as a sociopathic illness, where the person has no genuine sense of truth or falsity. Often, when confronted later, they will deny making that earlier statement with equal conviction, actually believing they never made it. It is well known that unless a concept or way of thinking is inside a person to begin with they would not see it in others with out significant training and experience, and even then it is hard to see it in others. That is if you see perversion then look inside yourself to see where that vision came from, but if you see beauty, then look around you as the world is filled with it. So as normal you provide some truth to wrap your lies in. You said it was photos of sexy underage girls in lingerie --- what you've published on this forum is libel - Pure and Simple, it is an attempt at intimidation, a sucker punch, and an attempt to direct the attention away from yourself and Bob and Pallasart, and you have already tried to do this once before to me.
So let's look at your libelous charge.
First, every model on that site has signed a model release stating that they are of legal age and over 18. The site declares on the main page, "All Models are over 18 years of Age. Every model is "fully" dressed, including pantyhose. There are no depictions of any type of sexual act, this is a non-nude site. Just the simple beauty of hot girls from next-door all dressed to the max."
There are no girls dressed in lingerie either, unless you want to class pantyhose as lingerie which is a stretch. Try and picture a modern ’40 era pin up and you would come closest to the content. So let's invite all who want to, to go visit this site http://www.hosentoes.com/ and look at the photos. (If you want to see the inside images, just PM me and I will send you a password, what you see on the out side is what you get on the inside, the same as these samples here, I figured that the best way to pull Rob Moshein’s teeth is to open up and show you what is there, who I am, just like happened the last time they tried this trick on a different audience.)
For that matter lets see what the "pervert" visitors have to say about it as well:

So yes I love to photograph pretty girls, I also love to shoot flowers, sunsets, and landscapes, so which one is me? Or am I complex human being with a multitude of aspects? Kind of like how you seek to pull Oma down from stardom as an actress, when she never claimed such. It is as if you have to push us up so that you can pull us down. What I can claim is that I count Oma as my friend, and I can think. So when Bob opened up with his first salvo at me, well he drove me to look and find out the truth. I have researched and found that yours and his claims toward Oma, myself and many others are all the same, you attempt to degrade, intimidate, and in general tear the other person down with what ever forms of degradation you can dream up. You wrap it up with just enough truth so that the reader starts to believe you and then you slip in the lie.
Kind of like how last time you said that not only was I a pedophile (like you are doing again), but I sold Herbs that the FDA had not approved. Well that one really showed your intelligence, or I should say your burning desire to find a way to harm and intimidate. Any one who is at all informed knows that herbs are not regulated by the FDA like drugs are. And if you want to know, yep I still sell vitamins, and herbs and now functional beverages, because they make a difference in my life, and my health, and I want to share that. Not to mention a new gas pill that has been proven, in 20 million miles of double blind statistically designed (like you would do for the FDA) trials, to save you between 7% to 14% on your cars gas. It is EPA registered and is saving me around 40 cents a gallon --- net. (There were some obvious counter digs, and statements that really are beneath me, that I have to admit ran through my head, as no one likes to read garbage like was said about myself, but instead you can use your own imagination.) I've been cleared twice now to adopt children, newborns in fact, trust me for that one they almost peel you down to the bone to check you for flaws. One of those kids was adopted knowing that he probably would never even walk, he came into the world so damaged, and in fact never made it past 15 months mental age. So yep I must be one horrible person.

Notice how they tend to try and use specific weapons-of-words in attacking. Which is a way of seeing inside themselves. A post at That Blog states:

Notice how they tried to play the Porn card again? Saying that, as “they” say Jim lives in that area that he, by association, is in Porn also. Oma has been accused by them of being a Hollywood lady of the street, as how else could she exist without verifiable income? (A question one might ask of Rob himself) It has been stated by “them” in very clear terms that Oma takes “old men” to bed so as to “con” them out of their money. Have you started to notice a trend in how they think? Again remember that this is a way of peering inside of them, to their heart and who they really are.

It seems that I made them violate the law and publish things in an attempt to get people to hate me. Remember the classic line in the movies, “one more step and you will force me to blow away my hostage!!!! I won’t have killed him, you did it because you would not do what I wanted you to do…” As to my knowledge of things Oma? Umm, I think the word that I have used in the past is “coworker” not to mention friend, I believe that covers the “things that he seems to have immediate knowledge of” To be honest, I can’t figure out if they are trying to say that as I know about thing connected to Oma, that I must be Oma, or if they are just trying to denigrate what I have said as a misdirection propaganda technique?

First notice the “well you forced me to shoot the hostage” type thought? Several points here, first I don’t see any logical or reasonable connection. That I point out events found on verifiable documentation that when compared or examined show that there is a pattern of behavior by Rob/Bob/Pallasart to destroy the life of Oma Hamou and many others who “they” have grievance with for one reason or another is not related as to “who I am.” Nothing that they “expose” about me destroys my credibility to think and compare, and then write about what I found. In fact the main thing that they have exposed is that what we have pointed out about Bob/Pallasart is true otherwise they would not have resorted to such despicable behavior as muckraking in a feeble attempt to denigrate what I write. Also, in that Rob has played the “Public figure” card many times previously, well this becomes one more link in verifying who the author is, and WHY he writes what and how he does.

OK notice how this sounds just like what was said about Oma? That is, he says it but does not back it up ONLINE… Ok so I went to class, studied, passed, and was certified, obviously a client would want to know this, but why should I be forced, by someone who is out to foster people to hate me, to put it on the web? As in Oma Hamou, when someone wanted to loan her money or work for her then she would need to prove that she could deliver, but nothing forces her to place this information on the web for a enemy to pick apart. Just as with Oma they try to denigrate anything positive about myself.
Think about this,… It isn't the documents used by Bob Atchison/Rob Moshein/Pallasart that we question, and that was the case in the last lawsuit. It was the fact that “they” purported that the document said something that it didn't. For example Pallasart for the longest time published on its Alexander Palace Time Machine that Oma was a fugitive from justice --- but that wasn't the case. It was just that they didn't know how to really investigate or interpret court documents, or the other alternative is that they maliciously and intentionally misinterpreted the documents. Another example, amongst many, was "they" state that Oma was extradited to the State of Montana, and although they can show one document that reflects Oma Hamou was a fugitive from that State, they can't show that she was extradited back because that document doesn't exist. It never happened. It is just the propaganda process of telling one truth, even two or three truths in a row, and then slipping in the Big Lie as if it were truth. It is similar to Bob telling the courts that Father Markell no longer works at the Fedorovsky cathedral when in fact he does and he knows (or should know) that he does. Or Bob telling the courts that I told him (Bob) that I gave the name of the alleged hit man to Oma so she could have him murdered, it just didn't happen. Everything I have said, I have backed up in way of court documents --- often using either Bob/Rob's sworn testimony, in general I have proved links to the full document so that those interested can verify what I say in context, as that is another way to lie, tell part of the story out of context or out of sequence. On the other hand in the last lawsuit Rob Moshein made a motion to the court and said words to the effect that he shouldn't be held accountable for what he wrote "amongst other things" because "to the best of his ability in researching Oma" this is what he discovered --- the court denied his motion and held him accountable. Notice the Yellow Journalism style of “18 year old girls?” Nothing on the site says that all the models are “18” just that they are all over 18. The site says that, “This site is about the melding of Glamour and Photography --- which is why the name of the web site is Glamography.com --- Glamour in my vocabulary is another word for beauty. So you will find beautiful flowers here as well as blossoming women.” Again go visit the site at http://www.glamography.com and make up your own mind, do not be lead by the nose by someone with an agenda of Hate. And one huge question, how does someone become a “Name” if they don’t start out wanting to be? Why is it that “they” intrinsically denigrate someone as a “wannabe” Also again in the Rob/Bob/Pallasart common author thought, notice the connection with wannabe and Rob’s posts here on Legends.
They also talk about a web site called Hose n Toes which does focus on non-nude photos of women all dressed up. Going back in time Watchtower takes great pains to point out specific keywords, not intended to be visible to humans, once unsuccessfully used in the past for search engines. Quoting the excerpt that Watchtower pointed out “This material is here for the search engines to have something to index, as they don't work well with pictures. ... You won't find topless girls, …” The phrase “You won’t find” seems to sum that up…
The starting line on the site is, “Looking for non-nude hot girls?” I have covered this subject in detail when Rob Moshein attacked with the same stuff on Legends, so I am not going into detail here as it has been covered before. The hate Mike Blog said, “Mike Newson also has had numerous "business opportunities" on newson.com.” Actually the site is http://www.mikenewson.com, again go look for yourself. And notice the phrase “has had” and the quotes around "business opportunities" as if to say they were not real, I believe that most people now days are familiar with the concept of Multi Level Marketing, Harvard has had classes on it. The New York Times has had front page articles speaking favorably of the training one receives in many MLM organizations, so I suspect that they both considered it a valid marketing method, even if Rob Moshein/Bob Atchison/Pallasart does not. Following the one link that they provided to a company supplied replicated website it says, “We are committed to the highest level of honesty and integrity in all areas of business, bringing you life changing products designed for optimum health and wellness. An opportunity that empowers our representatives to fulfill their hopes and dreams at whatever level they desire. We stand with you and are here to serve you at the highest level.” This is BAD? So again how is this a negative? Other than the slanting of the words used by Watchtower?
Watchtower of the Mike Newson Blog states: “He had another one called Qaudex.com, where he was selling herpes medicines (!) called Zovirax.”
Well this is as well researched out as anything else that they have tried to implicate. That is misspelled misinformation and false when taken as a whole. That is they take a few facts and twist until the whole is misshapen to say the least. (Notice the usage of the exclamation point and how it twists the whole sentence!) GlaxoSmithKline Inc makes Zovirax -- I NEVER sold it, worked on it or had anything to do with it. However, I was on a team that created a drug that works against Herpes. Did you know that there is a very convincing link between Herpes and AIDS? I would think that finding a solution to the one that would affect the other would be something exciting and to be looked for, not a negative as that Hate Mike Blog would seem to be trying to do by their word choice. That is, “they” were “very exacting and pains taking” in the research that they conducted… Yah, Right…. Seems to match what was done to Oma Hamou.
Watchtower of the Mike Nerwson Blog also states: “He had yet ANOTHER one called I-Can-Soar.com. Honest, didn't make that up. Check THIS weirdness out from that website: ”A Mind, Body, and Spirit Empowerment Course for Successful Living."

Notice that the person who teaches this alternative healing modality for emotions is not Mike Newson, but someone else. Could it be that I created the site for them? Should we hold Rob/Bob out to be who ever it is that they created a web site for? It is true that I designed and coded the site, and I have certified in this modality of healing as well as Hypnotism, as they work hand in glove with each other. Hmmm, capable in several modalities of healing (specifically emotional healing), but also worked in R&D in Pharmaceuticals, an active entrepreneur (but not always successful ), and yet Watchtower is trying to make this into a negative and a reason to not listen to me?

Again notice the “well you forced me to shoot the hostage” type thought? OK, way back when, I got slapped with additional taxes as the IRS found a mistake in my Tax Return --- anyone else done that? I am human, sure I have feet of clay, although maybe not the ones “They” would have you think I have, as I think all of us, except one person, who has ever walked the face of this earth have, but that did not stop Abe Lincoln (actually almost any president that you care to name has had something in the line of feet of clay, look at Clinton. Even President Bush has had his problems with alcoholism in the past to the point of a DUI conviction and overcame them and became President of the United States of America. Have you ever read about Winston Churchill, and what did he end up accomplishing? Yet from the twisting of the words it would appear that this lien was a horrific illegal act. Now the million dollar question --- so how does this compare with Bob not keeping his corporation in good standing and then continuing to operate it as if it was, after the state notified him that he could not conduct business as usual? It is not the owing of taxes by Pallasart, that could and has happened to the best of us, it was the continuing to operate as if legitimate when he could not. I may owe taxes, but I can continue to live, that right has not been taken away from me, as it was from Pallasart which died a legal death. Apples and Oranges - both fruit but that is about it. Certainly not what “Watchtower” attempt to make of it. This is just their frustration showing itself at finding so little “dirt” on me that they had to hype up what they did find.

First notice that they have presented some verifiable or presumably verifiable truths in advance of this. Then they present information out of context and sequence as if it were indeed hard fact. This one has been worked to death, still maybe I should take some time to comb back through all that has been said before and put things in the proper time line order and in context. As with all this mess involving the war of words between Oma Hamou and Bob Atchison --- well let me put it this way, when things happened --- that is, the order in which they happened is critical. Something that applies to all things historical. I think that the fact that this whole murder for hire incident was reported to the police, the FBI and Homeland Security and they all dismissed the charges as unfounded --- do you understand what that means Watchtower and Pallasart?
It means (and this is documented) that Bob Atchison conspired and concocted, notice the word concocted, a scheme to get Oma Hamou arrested, What the emails show is talk about someone who claimed Oma had cheated them out of money. This is the same typical M/O from 2003 and it carried forward to the present day with Pallasart’s Mike Pyles aka VAPORS.
I cooperated with law enforcement, do you not understand what that means? I told them everything I knew and they believed me rather than Bob because the evidence supported what I was saying versus what Bob Atchison was saying. You go ahead and continue to try and convince people otherwise (The Big Lie) but from what I’ve been told those police reports and all the communications are going up and the world itself can judge what Bob Atchison did to Oma Hamou. (Remember this from the first, “when close to being outwitted and exposed, they feign victimhood and turn the focus on themselves - another example of manipulating people through their emotion of guilt, eg sympathy, feeling sorry”?)
Again in court Pallasart is going to have to prove that the police were lying and you (Bob) was just this poor victim and didn’t know what he was doing, just like you didn’t know that lying on the stand was a major No-No and can cause you to lose your freedom…
The murder-for-hire plot was an attempt once again where in Bob Atchison tried to put Oma Hamou in prison, just as he did when he contacted Wyoming to tell them that Oma would be in Texas if they wanted to come and get her, and all the other police reports he has filled against her all of which were dismissed. Maybe even more key is the comment that, “That Atchison fellow said…” I have shown using his own sworn-to-be-true-to-the-court documents and words to show just how much reliability one can place on what, ‘That Atchison fellow” says. Just because “facts” were quoted at first does not mean that fact was quoted at the end….
As it is well known that Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison and/or the author of several Blog’s espousing hate of specific individuals and a specific group at blogspot.com habitually read these posts, then this seems a valid method to communicate this formal request:

Dear Mr. Moshein & Mr. Atchison
It has come to my attention that you are (or have knowledge as to who is) the author of a new website about me called “Just Who Is Mike Newson?” at blogspot.com (“Blog”). The purpose of this letter is to demand that you and/or the author of the Blog immediately ‘cease and desist’ from making false, defamatory, libelous and/or misleading statements concerning me on the Blog, or elsewhere, in print or verbally.
The statements on the Blog, (and at other locations and times on the Internet and verbally,) published or otherwise communicated to third parties concerning myself have been twisted into blatant fabrications. The authors of these various statement have communicated in print or verbally and have otherwise published to third parties a mosaic of defamatory claims without my consent and with express malice, intent and design to harm myself.
Rob Moshien’s, and by implication of association - Bob Atchison and Pallasart as a company and as association of a multitude of individuals associated with Bob Atchison in regards to the Alexander Palace in Russia, defamatory statements at a variety of locations, times, and methods of communication are of the kind calculated to cause harm to myself and in my profession and ability to earn. …These defamatory statements constitute statutory libel and statutory slander which tend to injure my reputation, expose me to public hatred, contempt, ridicule, and tend to expose me to financial injury, as well as impeach my honesty, integrity, virtue, or reputation by exposing me to public hatred and ridicule.
In addition to the foregoing, the defamatory statements of Rob Moshein, and by association Pallasart,/Bob Atchison, constitute slander per se in that such statements were false, made without legal justification, published to third parties and referenced an ascertainable person. They are self-serving, and demonstrate a course of conduct calculated to harass and oppress. Such conduct exposes you and all involved to substantial liability.
I strongly caution you to refrain from further such publications or other communications to third parties. The information provided about me on various website forums together with the Blog, has been and remains libelous. Such fallacious, incomplete, incorrect, misleading and deliberately libelous reports concerning me and my life imperil my existing economic benefits, resulting in substantial damages to me, as well as causing significant emotional distress.
Significant efforts to educate you regarding the real facts have been put forth in the past, evidently with little effect, as the same twisted concepts continue to be broadcast by you to the widest possible audience. (signed) Michael Newson
