Their only response to the APO exposing the reprehensible character of both Robert D. Atchison (Bob) and his life partner, Robert M. Moshein (Rob) is to give the public phantom arguments because they don't have any real ones to offer, obviously they don't know how to respond to the truth. We have in the very least exposed amongst other things their ability to incite and manipulate others to commit crimes against Hamou on their behalf. This was never more evident when Bob Atchison was able to manipulate his Texas counsel in the Matter of Atchison v. Hamou Case No: GN303141 into committing the crime of perjury which now she could face criminal charges and or debarrment for her dishonesty. We don’t need rules to know lying is wrong, but it is worse when an attorney does it, because they hold peoples lives in their hands. The evidence concealed by both Atchison and his attorney during trial (Case No. GN303141 Atchison v. Hamou) undercut Hamou's arguments. By lying to cover it up, Bob Atchison tried to conceal the truth. He wanted a banner, justice be damned.

Bob Atchison and his life partner might be fat, ugly and stupid. But are they stupid enough to author the nasty “Oma Hamou Reality” blog that trashes Oma Hamou? According to sources close to Oma Hamou the police have confirmed that the author of Oma Hamou Reality blog is in fact someone close to Bob Atchison. I am not surprised if someone very close to Bob wrote it, though or maybe Bob wrote it himself and someone else changed it a bit and blogged it so that it could not be traced back to him? One way or the other, the details and feelings emoted from it feel very real and personal to me which, in turn, causes me believe it is someone close to him.

Seems my previous post has made the folks over on Oma Hamou Reality blog angry...before I commence to blow their lies out of the water once again, let me ask, can they prove I am not who I say I am?

No, they can not. Can I prove for certain who they are? Not at all, but I can express my opinion and that is based on information I believe they are connected to Bob Atchison.

O.k. that said, let's take their points and see who exactly is the lying liar...

OMA HAMOU REALITY: OY VEY KIDDIES! Yet more screed from Oma Hamou aka "Sandman". First some clarity and clarification. This blog does NOT belong to "Bob Atchison", so any statement to that effect is wrong, incorrect, inaccurate, made up, misguided, fabricated, delusional and just not true.

FACT: How can anyone believe what is written on Oma Hamou Reality when it's been proven that they're lying, they have an agenda and have admitted as much? Bob Atchison told people like Peter Kurth and everyone else he did not know create the web site Oma Hamou Report yet he told the LAPD that he did. The police downloaded the content of that site and have it marked as an Exhibit in their report concering Bob Atchison. Rob Moshein claimed he talked to the court reporter in Austin who told him no one ordered the transcripts from Atchison's lawsuit against Hamou yet she signed an affidavit stating otherwise. Later, Rob Moshein registered the website Oma Hamou Report under his name taking the heat directed at Atchison. Frankly, there are too many examples that I can point too which shows Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein don't know how to tell the truth when it comes to Oma Hamou.

Now read what Bob Atchison to Peter Kurth about the Oma Hamou Report web site which he told law enforcement "under oath" he created -- it's a chilling letter!

So was Bob Atchison of the Alexander Palace Time Machine website lying to the Austin Police Department, the Los Angeles Police Department, the FBI, Peter Kurth or to Hamou's attorney when he was under oath to tell the truth?

Once you've been caught in a lie it is hard for anyone to know when your telling the truth? With that in mind, it is pretty easy to accept the police may have 'already' confirmed the author's identity of the Oma Hamou Reality blog and that it is indeed someone close to Bob Atchison.




OMA HAMOU REALITY: "... remember, the public accusation that someone has committed a crime and/or is a criminal is LIBEL PER SE unless it is the truth, so make them show the conviction records to prove the truth of THOSE accusations as well. Bet they can't, unlike us, who HAVE the conviction records for Oma Hamou Miss Thang's felony record. Well maybe Montana, Utah and Wyoming are mistaken..."

There are numerous things we could point out but let's just take a few...a little advice for the folks over on Oma Hamou Reality: "PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH CONCERNING LAWS DEALING WITH LIBEL/DEFAMATION."

In my previous post I wrote: "...Fortunately, there is a new e-annoyance law (created to make online harrassment a felony and prevent offline violence). This law is about to be tested as cases that I am aware of are being prepared and prosecuted. I and so many others are amazed at how far Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and "friends" are willing to go in order to terroize and harm Oma Hamou. The sheer audacity of them registering yet again on classmates.com using Hamou's name or another made up name and send messages just because they believe they are ordained by God to terroize this woman is despicable. Those IP's and other information connected to the various names on classmates.com have been provided to law enforcement. Both Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein can continue to pretend they didn't tell anyone to do this or that and know nothing about this or that but Charles Manson never “technically” put his own hands upon his victims but he “made it happen” by manipulating people. That’s the premise upon which he was convicted: that he had INCITED it. Same thing here. Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein have incited amongst other things, others to harm Oma Hamou and they should be held accountable as Manson was when he incited those murders..."

FACT: The Oma Hamou Reality Blog Acccuses Hamou of committing the following crimes but not limited to:

(1) She has kidnapped children
(2) She has been in porn
(3) She has multiple personalities
(4) She has used "others" social security number to gain credit

Have they've been able to prove that Oma Hamou did any of this?

No, they haven't but they certainly preach as if they have. Oma Hamou Reality is a blog that was created out of revenge and contains an endless ranting and ravings about Oma Hamou's being convicted for writing a bad check in Montana, Utah and Wyoming 19 years ago while on the run from a violent marriage, it also contains a list of her company's alleged debts and of course gossip...need I say more?

Stalking is a crime, harassing someone is a crime, registering under a different name and pretending to be the person your stalking is a crime, pretending to be someone else so you can stalk your victim is a crime, forging documents is a crime, lying to the police is a crime, conspiring to harm someone because you don't like them is a crime, harassment is a crime and what they've done to Oma they did out of hate, that makes this a hate crime. Hamou’s supporters have exposed Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein for what they do best lie and attack. She stood up to the Bob Atchison’s Alexander Palace Time Machine slime machine and exposed them for what they are: Lying liars!

Oma Hamou's supporters have demonstrated the truly reprehensible character of both Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein. They have shown that both Atchison and Moshein will say or do anything to achieve their goal. Truth is a stranger when these two are around. If Oma Hamou wasn’t willing to put up her dukes, she might as well have folded her tent a long time ago because these two sludge-peddlers always play for keeps and they will wipe the gutter with Oma Hamou if she lets them, cause that is where they live. Time and time again, we have seen them do this to author and historian, Peter Kurth and other well known authors simply because these authors don't go along with their ideaology on the Romanov dynasty.

You know, I have lots of Gay friends and none of them write like the people behind Oma Hamou Reality blog. That said, I don't think anyone faults Hamou for not revealing where she lives, who she is dating or anything else considering she has a bunch of "kooks" who are out to harm her. According to Austin Attorney Dave Slater who represented Oma Hamou in her lawsuit against Rob Moshein, Pallasart and Bob Atchison neither Bob Atchison or Rob Moshein could prove Enigma Films had no project. In fact according to the attorney this was one of the basis of the restraining order issued against Rob Moshein and Oma Hamou Report website.

Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein represent two varieties of narcissism, manipulative personalities who utilize other people as objects for love, lust, hate, and power. Together they make up a kind of folie-a-deux, a two-person cult. From that point of view, they are incapable of true empathy and compassion. The bodyguard Oma Hamou hired during the trial proceedings in Atchison’s lawsuit against her (In the Matter of Atchison v. Hamou Case No. GN303141- Austin, Texas ) stated Bob Atchison famously went from yucking it up with his buddy Rob Moshein to crocodile tears in just a few seconds. It's a sort of talent, a "gift" if you will. He has a thin spotty record, tangled psychological baggage, and maundering blowhard of a life partner in Rob Moshein, is also a mighty big roll of the dice. Bob Atchison is a brittle, relentless manipulator with few stable core values who shuffles through useful personalities like a card shark ("Cue the tears!"). Atchison's record in this long standing feud with Hamou such as committing perjury, providing false testimony, forging documents to name but a few is indeed despicable -- I temper that, however, with some perspective that this Is about an intensely personal act of wrongdoing that no one would want to admit.

FACT: Bob Atchison a/k/a Robert David Atchison was when he conspired with another person who was pissed off that Hamou didn't fall for his con and together they cooked up a plot they thought would for certain put her behind bars. ANOTHER FACT: Bob Atchison, Robert M. Moshein and Pallasart's associate, H. Michael Pyles sent several letters to law enforcement agencies accusing Hamou of having committed crimes -- crimes the police say she didn't commit.

Loyalty by definition means backing the boss during the roughest news cycles. In this instance Bob Atchison inevitably screws up and Rob Moshein pick up the pieces, contain the damage and serves as a body blocker against the opposition -- Oma Hamou – thus the many web sites & blogs about her. Curiously, this notion of fierce loyalty is not seen as a mutual proposition -- Bob Atchison's life partnership with Rob Moshein is expendable, replaceable; the principal that being Atchison himself, must be protected at all costs.

This is never more evident than in Bob Atchison's testimony concerning Rob Moshein.
Rob Moshein owes his very political existence within the Romanov circles to Bob Atchison. Without the imprimatur of the pol, he is nobody, a garden-variety hack. But once welcomed into the bosom of this group of people, he is transformed. He struts with an air of authority. His phone calls are returned. He is someone. He must either remain anonymous, a faceless "partner" feeding his best lines to Atchison (the boss), or publicly parrot the boss's views as his own. As a practical matter, Rob is trapped in a gray zone, skating close to the ethical line ordered to fudge the truth or fall on his sword so Bob Atchison remains unbloodied. It is here that loyalty undergoes its greatest test.

The record shows Hamou's relationship with Marcus Demian lasted more than 3 years ...and your point is?

OMA HAMOU REALITY: "...OK, This is way too obvious. That Bob Atchison guy at first believed Oma Hamou's story and and claims. THEN, he sued her and WON. Let's review Bob Atchison's lawsuit against Hamou, O.k.?

Bob Atchison won his lawsuit not because he proved his case but because he had committed fraud, perjury and provided the courts with forged documents -- all of which is a crime.

FACT: The court should have dismissed Atchison's lawsuit because if Hamou owed anyone it would have been Atchison's web company Pallasart - not Robert D. Atchison thus the suit named the wrong Defendant and Plaintiff. The trial transcripts clearly illustrates Hamou's arguments concerning this but both Atchison and his then attorney, L. Matthews testified differently. They contended a previous lawsuit existed in Austin, Texas against Atchison's company, Pallasart Web Ventures, Inc. and Hamou's, Enigma Films and had been settled. They further contended that the documents Hamou wanted to admit into evidence as to why the then current case should be dismissed was irrelevant since it concerned the previous case. The courts choose to believe Atchison and his attorney rather than Hamou in pro se.

Let's take a look at Bob Atchison's trial Exhibits:

Bob Atchison represented to the court and law enforcement the above document represented a true copy of the invoice sent to Enigma Films, it was not. Oma Hamou testified at trial that the e-mails which appear underneath the “alleged” invoice were altered and/or she did not
create.

Now let's read what Bob Atchison's then Attorney had to say to the court:

According to the State of Texas other than the then present lawsuit case No. GN303141 between Atchison and Hamou no other lawsuit existed between the two.

SO WHO WAS THE LYING LIAR, THE INFAMOUS BOB ATCHISON OF THE ALEXANDER PALACE TIME MACHINE WEBSITE AND HIS ATTORNEY OR WAS IT OMA HAMOU?

BOB ATCHISON WON HIS LAWSUIT AGAINST OMA HAMOU BY COMMITTING THE CRIME OF PERJURY AND FORGERY TO NAME BUT A FEW.

THERE IS NOTHING HONORABLE ABOUT THAT.

WHO IS THE VICTIM BOB ATCHISON OR OMA HAMOU?

OMA HAMOU REALITY: "...She says she didn't lose the Atchison lawsuit because of anything SHE did, oh no, it was because Atchison "committed perjury". Not HER Fault..."

CONCLUSION: The evidence supports Hamou's contention that Bob Atchison and his attorney committed perjury and Atchison is guilty of fraud and forgery.

OMA HAMOU REALITY UPDATE 1-11-08: "...WAIT, Hamou now says she didn't lose the suit because Atchison committed "perjury", She says now that it was the COURT'S FAULT she lost. Not HER Fault, now its the COURT'S FAULT! Repeat after me kids: They will blame everything and everyone around them for anything that goes wrong because they simply cannot perceive that they could be at fault..."

Looking at the document marked as Bob Atchison's Trial Exhibit C it shows Hamou owes him $13,849.99 for consulting services provided to her from April 13, 2000 to June 16, 2000. Now direct your attention to the document which Hamou claims is PALLASART'S ORIGINAL INVOICE that says the same thing. The fraud perpetrated on the court and on Oma Hamou was Atchison and his attorney's false statement about an existing lawsuit the CRIMINAL TERM used to describe this action is called 'perjury' and the use of fraudulent documents by Bob Atchison. The court relied upon the representation made to it by Atchison's attorney that the documents in question were from a different lawsuit which Hamou has successfully proven didn't exist. In other words it was a lie. Furthermore, had Hamou's evidence been allowed in it is reasonable to ascertain that either Atchison's lawsuit would've been 'tossed out' because it named the wrong Plaintiff and Defendant and/or the outcome of the verdict would've been different. Let me make one more point, this isn't the first time and perhaps not the last time, Bob Atchison has lied under oath. He 'willingly and knowingly' provided forged documents to the courts throughout his/Hamou's court litigation and made false statements to the court and law enforcement concerning Oma Hamou.

Robert D. Atchison v. Oma Hamou Case No: GN303141

17. During trial, I wanted to enter into evidence documents which supported my testimony that this alleged debt, “if at all” legitimate, didn’t belong to Mr. Atchison as an individual but to his web design company, Pallasart. Secondly, that the documents would also support the fact that Mr. Atchison had attempted to extort additional money from me by removing my company’s Internet page and replacing it with a page containing my home address. Despite my assertions to the contrary, both Mr. Atchison and his attorney stated the “alleged” debt owing to Mr. Atchison was not connected to Mr. Atchison’s web design company, Pallasart. They further asserted that in 2001 a lawsuit had been filed involving my motion picture company, Enigma Films, and Pallasart; and that this dispute had been settled.

18. I objected strongly to this representation made by both Mr. Atchison and his attorney because it was “pure fiction…a totally made up lie.” I informed the court that indeed this was a lie, which could easily be verified by a telephone call to the Travis County District Clerk’s office. Instead the court relied upon the representations made by Mr. Atchison and his attorney.

30. On or about September 10, 2001, Mr. Atchison despite having been paid in full for a 10 page web-design and services, acting as CEO of Pallasart, removed my web site and replaced it with a blank page which listed my home address. He did this because I refused to pay him on Invoice 2000-343 (See Exhibit E). In a letter to Mr. Atchison dated the same date of September 10, 2001, I expressed a great deal of hostility, frustration and disappointment towards the fact that my home address was suddenly posted on the web. I apologize to this court for the offensive language expressed in my letter to Mr. Atchison.

31. After several heated faxes, telephone calls and emails exchanged from both Pallasart and my office for the sake of my family’s emotional and physical well being, I agreed to settle Invoice #2000-343 for $5,000.00.

32. Both Mr. Atchison and his attorney have tried to pass off Pallasart’s “Settlement Invoice” #2000-580 as being some other dispute owing to Pallasart by Enigma. Mr. Atchison “personally” knew that this statement was false yet under oath he said this. As evidenced by Mr. Edward’s letter to me dated on September 10, 2001 the only outstanding invoice owing to Pallasart was Invoice # 2000-561 for web hosting services. Enigma did not contract additional services with Pallasart.

33. The “settlement” Invoice 2000-580, dated 9/10/2001, which more accurately would be described as extortion, was that Pallasart agreed it would remove my home address from the web for the price of $5,000. Far from the “settlement” of a legitimate invoice this was an act of extortion. I agreed to the terms. This was not for any service rendered; it was in exchange for removing a threat to my safety and the safety of my family. One of many unbelievable moments of this trial was when Mr. Atchison tried to pass this “extortion invoice” as being a settlement of some debt that Enigma owed Pallasart. I continue to be shocked by the distortions and lies perpetrated on me by this man and his company and by the fact he has, so far, gotten away with it.

A CRIMINAL PROFILER WROTE: .." The kind of arrogance that a person with psychopathic tendencies will show -- - they think they can get away with anything. They think they`re smarter than everyone. So look at them... he has commited perjury, forged documents, creates these web sites, web blogs writing letters about Oma Hamou... doing things he shouldn`t be doing but he`s doing it because he thinks he can always get his way and he`s entitled and he`s going to be able to pull the wool over everyone`s eyes... What I've heard is Oma Hamou only recently decided to prepare a civil lawsuit against Atchison, Moshein and Pallasart. As far as the criminal investigation concerning Hamou's complaint against these different individuals quoting the detective from the Irvine Police Department who is reported of having told Chicago's Citadel, Mike Pyles he didn't need someone like him to tell him how to conduct a criminal investigation. I guess that pretty much sums it all up when the police and or the prosecutors are finished conducting their investigation I know for a fact someone from Hamou's side will let us know.

OMA HAMOU REALITY: "...OK, Second clarification, we do NOT think physical abuse of ANYONE is funny. What IS funny are the "perils of Pauline" tales told trying to portray Miss Thang nevah was as some total "victim". Notice again, NO criminal charges every filed or convictions against ANYONE she claims "abused" her, she wants you to just "accept her say so". We don't...thats all.. In conducting my own investigation, no criminal charges were filed against Marcus Demian because Oma Hamou refused to press charges -- 18 years ago laws concerning domestic violence was different than what they are today. After having successfully forged a life without Marcus Demian in a letter dated May 8, 2007 he writes:

[Excerpts] "...Oma you fucking whore...Your going down bitch for all the misery you have caused to people...You are less than a roach. It is time someone stepped on you and did what should have been done a long time ago...Put you in prison...You are going to hell... I hope you sleep fitfully...You know who this is..."

According to Mike Newson, Demian in other communications Demian taunts his ex-wife by telling her he is in contact with her stalkers, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein.
The Oma Hamou Reality blog places blame on Hamou the victim instead of the perpetrator, Marcus Demian. Why didn't she just leave, we correct gently. "The question is, 'why didn't he just stop hitting her?' We need to get this straight. The blame here lies squarely on the abuser, not the victim. However, challenging the question only goes so far. A battered woman will return to her abuser eight or nine times before she leaves for good. And people ask, "Why?" The fact that this question has persisted is an example of how poorly society understands the cycle of violence and the needs of battered women. Once you see a battered woman as an actual human being, the reasons she returns to her abuser are logical and straightforward. Let's look at a battered woman with typical problems. A crisis center or Hotline tells her they can place her in a safe home, so she leaves her abuser. She brings her two children (in 70% of domestic violence cases if a man is beating his wife, he is also beating his children). After a few days in the safe house, the crisis center tells her that their funding only pays for three or four days residence. "So what do I do now?" she asks. The crisis center gives her a list of battered women's shelters. There's only one problem. All of the shelters are full. Abusers create situations deliberately. They work to force their victims to stay with them by destroying all other options. And domestic violence will end only when society addresses all of the problems facing a battered woman. Court record also indicates Marcus Demian is a pedophile, that he has stalked, harass and beats up women and children. At one time in his life he was a successful business man. Today, Marcus Demian lives in a two bedroom apartment in the ghettos of Los Angeles, California. Oma Hamou was his 10th wife since their divorce court records reveal he has been married five more times. The court records regarding Marcus Demian show a string of lawsuits including threats of suing the US Government Merchant Marines for allowing him to serve in the 2003 Iraqi invasion. According to sources Demian practically begged to be allowed to serve and even convinced a physician to clear him prior to his acceptance -- the records also reflect at one time he was committed to the psychiatric ward at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, during some of his stormy marriages he has at the very least committed perjury, forgery and was willing to commit murder in order to get his way.

In an affidavit submitted to the courts in the Matter of the children belonging to Marcus & Oma Demian, according to the Billings Police Department a D.W. stated: “…As stated in previous letters concerning this man’s behavior, my family became a target of Marcus Demian’s demise. He was out to get us and made sure to assure us that, we were, “going down”. ..He made life threats on me…He took action to these words by holding a gun on me under the table and loosening the lug nuts on my wheels to try and cause a fatal accident…”

In the very least this court document (GN303141) obtained from the Internet Archives of OmaHamou.com indicates Hamou in 2000 was negotiating with representatives of Universal Studio regarding her film project about Nicholas II.

FACT: According to Dave Slater Hamou's attorney in the Matter of Robert Atchison v. Oma Hamou Case No. GN303141 - Austin, Texas - Hamou did not file the report in question which both Pallasart and Atchison continues to this day to publish. The subject of the Dunn & Bradstreet report became a moot matter when Bob Atchison could not and did not prove that Hamou made the report. Despite being told by the legal department of Dunn & Bradstreet to not publish this report and to cease and desist Atchison along with representatives of his web design company continue to ignore it. Given the propensity seen by Moshein and Atchison to pretend to be other people including Oma Hamou (classmates.com) it wouldn't surprise me if in the criminal prosecution it is disclosed one of them was the person that actually called in this report.

Despite the legal repsentatives of Dunn & Bradstreet demand to Bob Atchison and his web design company Pallasart, Bob Atchison testified that had never received any communications from Dunn & Bradstreet -- who do you believe Bob Atchison or Dunn & Bradstreet?

Look at the date of Dunn & Bradstreet letter confirming that they had sent a cease and desist letter to Bob Atchison and his web design company,Pallasart. Now take a look at the date of Atchison's depostion...notice anything?

The Act of Deception: Taking a look at Atchison's Oral Deposition Page 136 line 16 -25 Page 137 Line 1-25 according to the court record in the Matter of Atchison v. Hamou Case No: GN303141 Atchison provides the reason why he took it upon himself to contact the financial institution JP Morgan about Hamou was of a letter he seen. A letter according to the offical records was sent to a church in Russia not to him and was intercepted by a man Atchison promise to pay but had not. The records indicate that during this time period Atchison and his web design company Pallasart attempted to extort $5,000 from Oma Hamou. According to court records and as we all have learned this isn't the first time Bob Atchison has used the method of pretext (or false pretence) and/or deception to gain information about Oma Hamou (i.e., classmates.com).

ANOTHER LIE TOLD BY BOB ATCHISON: Taking another look at Bob Atchison's Oral Deposition in the above documentation on page 139 Atchison states he has had no written communication with the American Express Corporation.

Another interesting note, Bob sent a letter (many) to the one of these Government officials for some rural city there in Russia and claimed that Oma was a con artist had no projects etc, but when the official learned from his higher up’s that Bob was considered a genuine “kook” they tossed what Bob sent them by fax to the garbage. Bob Atchison and friends have literally destroyed Oma’s and Enigma’s project. From what I have heard Bob Atchison is no longer respected in circles concerning Russian History. He is not welcomed inside of the Alexander Palace. There is official documentation that says this. Bob Atchison did remove a historical artifact from the Alexander Palace. When Bob Atchison worked 10 years ago as a Historian on the World Monuments Fund Alexander Palace Roof restoration he caused dissension amongst representatives of the World Monuments Fund and the Staff of the State Museum Preserve, this is also in writing. Bob Atchison is considered a person devoid of credibility when it comes to Oma Hamou, this is alleged in law enforcement reports – reports that he himself lodged against Oma. Such as Homeland Security, US Marshall, US State Department, FBI, the Austin Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department.

Bob Atchison, the man who created a Russian history website, the 'Alexander Palace Time Machine Website' the man who pretends to be a pious Christian and most of all a law abiding citizen. In this expose of Bob Atchison we have exposed that he has committed several crimes such as but not limited to forgery and perjury. COURT TRANSCRIPTS IN THE MATTER OF ROBERT D. ATCHISON v. OMA HAMOU

Case No: GN303141--Austin, Texas

MIKE NEWSON: You know I could go back over what is written on the latest of the series of Hate-Oma sites culminating in the current Blog, line by line showing the falsehoods, and the twisting of concepts --- and although it is fertile ground this approach has not worked yet to curb their words and I think I have ridden that particular horse to death.

However, I would like to drag up a few points. If you have followed this from the start then you would understand this next point in great clarity, however for those who are just tuning in, you can just take my word or go dig up the evidence on your own as this concept has been beat to death previously. First starting way back when Bob Atchison first published on his Alexander Palace Time Machine, the “Tangled Affairs of Oma Hamou, Enigma Films & Sarskaia" a site that he said in court documents that he was the only one who could make changes to, the first and original Hate-Oma diatribe. Since then it has moved through many homes, pausing once at a site that hid behind a fake ownership name and when we offered to buy the domain name then Rob Moshein popped up and claimed owner ship of something that he said he was not involved in. What makes this so interesting is that ever since the first site, these Hate-Oma sites have claimed that Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein had no involvement with them --- right up until the last moment. Yet police reports, and domain sign up records, that have been published previously on the web, show differently and then we have Rob ending up “owning” that one domain, sure he “owned” the domain but where did the “content“ originate from?

Understand that all during this period of Bob-did-not-do-it-sites there existed a secret link on the main page of his Alexander Palace Time Machine web site to these sites that “Bob” did not do, yet there was always that secret link on a site that during Bob's oral deposition said he was the only one who could place those links there. The current blog also, along with all these past sites, disclaims any involvement by Rob or Bob, and “technically” this may be true, just as “Bob” did not “Own” that one domain, (one has to be very careful about exact definitions and look at how a word, or words, might be twisted when dealing with what “they” write.) Bob might not be the one who “physically” posts the material --- true. However, no one who has tracked this from the start could deny that Bob’s fingers are intertwined all through it. My personal guess is that the “owner” of the “Blog” lives in Bob’s home, yet I suspect that the true owner of the material, the content, and the concepts, sleeps in Bob’s bed. When one reads the text and compares the wording and the choice of words (such as “Kiddies”) to what Rob has put his name on then one has a very hard time to not see his hand in this. Why is this important, because if they lie about that then what else are the lying about?

When the courts slapped Rob’s hands over the site that Rob “Owned” and told him not to do it again – an admonition that lasted a matter of days --- Rob (I say tend to say “They” as Rob and Bob are joined at hip and one is really the other.) showed a distinct disdain of the law. It was as if he was above the law, and certainly if Bob decreed it then most certainly what Bob asked for trumped the courts in Rob’s mind, as evidenced by his actions.

This is an attitude that we have seen through out the history of this verbal battle. Oma’s side has been meticulous in providing documentation to show that what they said was true, and truth by definition cannot be considered libel. Yet in court when getting his hands slapped Rob said, but what we said was correct to the best of our ability to research it. Now we find in the very latest verbiage on that Hate-Oma-Blog one key phrase, right in the middle of their turning the concept of Freudian Slips back on us we find the phrase --- “we guess.” Talk about Freudian Slips --- “We Guess” sums up everything that “they” have ever said about Oma. Sure there is the one truth, Oma got in trouble with the law over some bounced checks from one time period many years ago in her life. When they said something about Oma that was true she always admitted it. Sure she got in trouble with the law way back when, She admitted it, even to correcting what they said by saying that the state of Wyoming was involved, something that their research failed to illuminate at that time.

What “they” did was twist this encounter with the law into some major character flaw that Oma always had and always will have. “Twist” along with “We Guess” is another major thing one has to look at when reading what “They” say about Oma. It does not matter what it is --- they “twist” it in to something that ridicules and humiliates her. Typically doing it in such a blatant manner that one stands amazed at the sheer guts of these people. Even to the point of how they seem to condone the behavior of Bob in court, when he perjured himself and used forged documents, seeming to laugh at this at Oma’s expense while in the same breath admitting and glorifying what Bob did.

The net result is that when one looks at how they deny the evidence of a abused wife denigrating all women everywhere saying that it never happened and besides “she deserved it”… and laugh at someone because they were beaten almost to death, and lost a baby because of these abusive actions, and yet they LAUGH at this! Coupled with their disdain for the law, as exhibited by their saying that a Montana Supreme Court ruling that acknowledges that abusive period is as naught, and in Bob continuing to operate his business as usual when instructed by the state of Texas that he no longer could do so, coupled with his perjury to the courts while on the stand under oath, and Rob’s blatant disdain for the law, as if he were higher than the law, as evidenced by his behaviors during the period when ordered not to behave in such a manner towards Oma by the courts, yet he continued to do what he had been told not to do. Well I think one should be very afraid of people with these types of attitudes. Very afraid. Very afraid. And afraid of those who condone and coddle such behaviors, placing such behavior on a pedestal almost as if worshiping such behaviors.
