But when the police took Bob Atchison's phone records and the phone records of the alleged hitman and compared dates and time they discovered Bob Atchison contacted the "alleged" hit man first and the first email sent to Bob Atchison by the alleged hit man didn't say anything about Oma Hamou hiring or wanting to hurt anyone.

And no the Austin police department never called Bob Atchison even though he swears up and down they did, they didn't. Take a look for yourself at Bob Atchison's phone records and you'll see he contacted the police first to report he got a call (key words: got a call) from someone who claimed he was hired to kill him and the Austin Police Department dispatcher sent out a patrol car out to his home.

According to sources, to this day Bob Atchison claims he is a victim...poor baby give that man a box of tissue cause he's going to need it when they put his ass inside a jail cell next to some guy named BUBBA :-)

When Bob Atchison received the below eMail from the "alleged" Hitman's wife he sent back a reply and requested a telephone number – obviously she provided it to him but we simply don’t know how it happened because Mr. Atchison never provided Oma's attorney with the information. The next communication sent is later that same evening where (again) Bob Atchison selectively ‘cuts & pasts’ from an email sent to him by "Patricia" the alleged hitman's wife.

Reviewing Bob Atchison's phone records it is apparent that from June 17, 2004 at 10:16 AM until 11:25 AM Bob attempted to call Patricia … on 12 separate occasions. As the phone logs show on the 13th attempt, at 11:25 AM, he was successful in making a connection and spoke with someone for approximately 17 minutes. Then it appears he lost the connection and at 11:43 AM reestablished that connection which lasted approximately 27 minutes longer.

Considering the time from the first email to the point at which the police were first called one has to wonder, if this was really a true plot to murder Bob, why did it take so long?

Bob Atchison’s phone records reflect that on June 17, 2004 at 12:29 PM he contacted the Austin Police Department who sent out a patrol car to his home.
