Oma Hamou clearly has no regard for authority or proper legal channels, as evidenced by her own actions. See? Rather than turn to proper legal channels who were already involved, Oma Hamou KIDNAPPED A CHILD SHE HAD NO LEGAL AUTHORITY OVER NOR LEGAL RIGHT TO TAKE. She had only been married for SIX MONTHS to Marcus Demain, yet absconded with HIS child without authority to do so. Oma Hamou will tell you that "the ends justify the means" that she was "protecting" the child when she kidnapped him..."

According to OmaHamou.com, Oma Hamou and Marcus Demian had been together for 4 years. Law enforcement in the State of Montana confirmed Oma Hamou never “kidnapped” Marcus Demian’s children, thus debunking yet another claim made by the folks over on that other blog. In 1990, according to law enforcement in Montana Marcus Demian kidnapped his own children from their mother and wouldn’t give me any other information citing anything having to do with children was protected by the State.

Hamou herself talks about this incident by pointing out in the midst of domestic upheaval the courts gave custody of Demian’s two small children to their biological mother. When the Sherriff delivered the children to their mother and Hamou they were told to get out of Dodge as fast as they could because Marcus Demian was mad as hell and gunning for bear.

Hamou claims she hid the children, their mother and her own small child in a different city until Demian found out where she was hiding them. Waiting for Hamou to leave the apartment Demian convinces his ex-wife to travel to the State of California with their children there he explained the State of Montana would cease to have jurisdiction. Days later according to Hamou Demian travels to California but he's not alone he is accompanied by a man who he hires to impersonate a police officer.

This “police officer” tells the biological mother that he is there to arrest her and Demian ends up kidnapping the children taking them back to Montana. Once he is in Montana his vehicle is surrounded at gun point by law enforcement and the children are placed in foster care.

AFTERMATH: The man who impersonated a police officer is arrested pleads guilty while Demian himself keeps his distance and maintains he had nothing to do with it. The biological mother is considered to be dead and according to Hamou to this day, Demian maintains his actions were heroic. According to Mike Newson, Hamou has the arrest record of the man Demian hired to impersonate an officer as well as the canceled check which was issued by Marcus Demian. Both Newson and Justin Edwards claim at no time has anyone from Team Hamou published the name of Demian's son, therefore one has to conclude this information was provided by Marcus Demian.

INVASION OF PRIVACY

[Excerpts] "...Hamou hereby incorporates herein by reference paragraphs 19 through 40 above. Defendants have intentionally and maliciously invaded the privacy of Hamou both by unauthorized disclosure and intrusion into the private life of Hamou in a manner that is of no legitimate interest to Defendants, much less the public, to whom they disclosed such information. Hamou does not intentionally disclose the location of her residence to the general public because her former husband, who is the subject of a restraining order issued by a Los Angeles court, has in the past physically beat and assaulted her and her child. The aforementioned ex-spouse has a well-documented history of persistent, violent attacks against Hamou and she makes every effort to restrict the public disclosure of her home address. With complete knowledge of this circumstance, having been fully informed of the danger involved, Defendants have posted Hamou’s address on the Pallasart’s website for no reason other than to invite the public to contact her at her home..."

Hospital/Police/Court records indicate Oma Hamou was abused by Marcus Demian on multiple occasions.

Out of no where Marcus Demian appears on the scene and issues threats to Hamou. I think it is safe to say, if it had not been because of Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein & Pallasart this would have never happened:

May, 8, 2007 in a letter to Oma Hamou Marcus Demian writes:

[Excerpts] "...Oma you fucking whore...Your going down bitch for all the misery you have caused to people...You are less than a roach. It is time someone stepped on you and did what should have been done a long time ago...Put you in prison...You are going to hell... I hope you sleep fitfully...You know who this is..."

According to Mike Newson, in other communications Demian tells Hamou he is in contact with Hamou’s stalkers, that being Atchison/Moshein et.al.
