Oma Hamou's Twenty Million Dollar Lawsuit



A Preview of Oma Hamou's 2008 Civil Lawsuit Against one Robert D. Atchison a/k/a Bob Atchison a/k/a Czar of Russian History, Robert M. Moshein a/k/a/ Rob Moshein "Austin's Wine Guy" and others...


In addition to the criminal complaint Oma Hamou filed against Bob Atchison, Pallasart Web Ventures (Atchison's small web company) and its associates we've learned Hamou will also file a Twenty Million Dollar civil lawsuit.

...Nevertheless, it went forward with its stories - even after being told point blank of their falsity and after being shown that the source's so-called "evidence" was fabricated.
By its intentional and reckless conduct, Defendants have caused substantial harm to Plaintiff, in complete disregard of the truth and of even a sembalance of intergrity. This suit seeks to set the record straight and obtain recompense for the injuries suffered by Plaintiff.

Defendants' conduct resulted in the Republications which caused additional and further damage to Oma Hamou.

As a direct and proximate result of the above-described conduct by Defendants, plaintiff Oma Hamou has suffered general and special damages in an amount to be determined at trial but believed to be no less than Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00), including damage to Plaintiff's reputation, career and standing in the community.

Upon information and belief, Plaintiff Oma Hamou alleges that each Defendant's conduct was done with oprression, fraud and malice and that, therefore conduct of each Defendant justifies an award of punitive and exemplary damages.


Despite being put on notice that the information published was false Defendants continue to publish said information...

Upon information and belief, Plaintiff alleges that unless enjoined and restrained by the Court, Defendants will republish, repeat and continue to disseminate the information all to the continuing injury of Plaintiff; that such continued republication, repetition and dissmination of the defamatory and offensive falsehoods will cause irreparable harm to Plaintiff by damaging her reputation and adversley affecting her career and business efforts as well as her personal relationships. Upon information and belief, Plaintiff alleges that she lacks an adequate remedy at law insofar as damages will be very difficult to calculate for such on-going injuries. By reason of the forgoing, Plaintiff is entitled to a permanent injunction enjoining and restraining Defendants, and each of them, and all persons acting in concert with them, from republishing, repeating, distributing or otherwise disseminating the information to the extent such are found to be false.
