Bob Atchison Supposedly Admits Wrong Doing...

On August 22, 2006 Mike Newson published on AA Legends: "...At one time both Mr. Atchison & Mr. Moshein appeared to be willing to settle Oma Hamou's lawsuit against them and Pallasart for $1 U.S. Dollar, a permanent injunction & a public apology. There were negotiations back and forth however the breakdown in negotiation did not occur because of the wording of the apology. The fact these men were "willing" to do this speaks for itself and is documented through the correspondences of the attorneys..."
