UPDATE

1) Did you know that had Marcus Demian followed through on his representations to the court Oma Hamou would have never been convicted of any crime in any State?

In one of several letters to the court Marcus Demian’s attorney writes:

[Excerpts] “…Mr. Demian stated to me that although he and his wife have experienced marital difficulties in the past, they are now firmly reconciled. Mr. Demian has authorized me to represent to you and the court …that he is …willing to make arrangements with the banks and prosecutors in Utah and Montana in order to make restitution on behalf of his wife…"

2) Did you know on December 17, 1990 Marcus Demian had his then wife, Oma write a check to pay for their airline flight from Cody, Wyoming to Los Angeles, California and the check was secured by his AMEX?

3) Did you know in more than one marriage of Marcus Demian there is a history of guns, drugs, and violence?

4) Did you know Marcus Demian “almost” succeeded in killing 2 of his wives that we know of and while inflicting "great bodily injure" to one of the wives killed his unborn child?

5) Did you know that because of Marcus Demian 2 of his wives went to jail and so did someone else?

6) Did you know Oma Hamou was so afraid her husband would make good on his threats of harm that she asked the courts permission, with respect to the children, to hide her child in a different state?

7) Did you know Marcus Demian can be prosecuted for "crimes" he committed in the State of California?
