I put this letter up because it pretty much sums up Oma Hamou Reality Blog & Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report dot org web site. I've said this before but it's worth repeating, like others I’ve found the whole Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein's obsession with Oma Hamou bizarre.

In an age of spin, Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein offers feeling and authenticity. Their message and that of Bob's company, Pallasart Web Ventures, Inc. on Oma Hamou is consistent -- unshakeable, in fact, no matter the evidence -- they command daily attention by their on-the-spot, invective-rich variations on the theme. Their lunatic counterfactual art is more appealing than the banal awfulness of the reliable sources. I can safely say these two men especially, have exhibited signs of sociopath behavior not to mention some of their actions towards Hamou have been to say the least, criminal. A simple Google search provides countless examples of absolutely horrifying cases where individuals have had their lives destroyed as a result of a psycho who lives to harass people on the Internet. It is absolutely reprehensible for someone to be able to come up with false, malicious and defamatory information about someone with the intent of destroying their character, and be able to do so with impunity and anonymity.

In court documents both Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison claimed they had no idea what was true or not. And who can blame them when they seem to have so much trouble deciphering their own life?

With all the lies these two spread one understands it may be hard to keep track.

"...Attached hereto as Exhibit “F” is correspondence from Ms. Hamou to Mr. Moshein placing him on notice that the statements he was publishing were false and to cease with their publication. As the defamatory information was posted on the internet, it was published to the general public a new each day, even after Mr. Moshein was advised to the materials false nature. A fact question exists as to whether a reasonable person would have published such outrageous statements without a more thorough investigation into their veracity; especially after being notified of their inaccuracy.

Based on the facts set forth in “Exhibit “F”, not only was Mr. Moshein negligent with regard to the truth of the published statements, but a fact question exists as to whether his actions rise to the level of actual malice. Actual malice in a defamation case is a term of art. Unlike common-law malice, it does not include ill-will, spite, or evil motive. Huckabee v. Tie Warner Entertainment CO. LP., 19 SW3d 413, 421-21 (Tex. 2000). Rather, to establish actual malice, Ms. Hamou must show that the defendant made thestatement "with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was true or not." Id. at 420. (citing New York Times Co. v. Sullivan 376 US 254, 279-280,(1964). Reckless disregard is also a term of art. Id. at 420 To establish reckless disregard,a public figure must prove that the publisher "entertained serious doubts as to the truth of his publication.” Forbes v. Granada Biosciences Inc. 124 SW3d 167, 172 (Tex. 2003) Despite Ms. Hamou providing Mr. Moshein with notice of the false nature of the outrageous claims (e.g. a terrorist, a violent criminal), Mr. Moshein continued with the publication. At the very least, Mr. Moshein should have questioned the truth of the outrageous nature of the statements.

In a completely predictable move, Oma Hamou Reality Blog has issued a statement concerning Rob Moshein's statement on the "Legends" forum that it did not “imply” he knew who created that despicable blog about Oma. Oh come on, gimme a break!

Back in 2004, Bob Atchison told his friends, colleagues even his own attorney and the courts in Texas that he had no part in creating Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report dot org. Yet he and he alone created secret links to that site from Pallasart's Alexander Palace Time Machine web site to Oma Hamou Report dot org. Bob Atchison, dear Bobby as he likes to be called, told LAW ENFORCEMENT in the United States including the F.B.I., Homeland Security and the U.S. Marshall’s office to name but a few, that he and he alone created Oma Hamou Report dot org to warn people about Oma's character. And that my friends is in the “official” reports with the various law enforcement agencies which the prosecutors are going to use against his skanky ass!

Tell us all how Marcus Demian was able to contact your "skankiness" when your too much of a chicken shit to even leave a contact information on that blog you created about Oma and how is it that you got an eMail which was sent to Rob Moshein by a Patricia which has never been published on the web nor has it been made available to the public yet you were able to publish it?

Time and time again both Mike and I have proven that what you write as fact, is not fact, but fiction and your a pretty shitty detective just like your counterparts are. With this in mind, when you get right down to it, it doesn't matter what you say because the police knows your identity and all I or anyone else cares about is, in the end your held accountable.
I take back what I said about Bob and Rob acting like teenage girls. Their seven. You heard it here first: Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein is seven. Poor wittle Bobby and Robby! Sweet Moses, I can't wait to read the poorly written posts that follows this post. And my fingers are doubly crossed when those two are finally arrested and hauled off to some jail cell sitting alone singing along to "All By Myself." That's going to be an instant classic. Until that time, I'm going to go join the impromptu celebration that erupted on the streets in a rousing chorus of "ding dong the witch is dead."

And not only did people from the AP come here, but well known authors and historians of the subject, such as Peter Kurth, Greg King and Penny Wilson decided to post. I created this forum last year as a place for those interested in the Anna Anderson story to discuss it without being ridiculed.I knew nothing about Bob/Oma when I created this forum. If someone wants to go back and research the time frame between the creation of this forum, and the first discussion about Bob and Oma, let me know. I'd be curious about the answer myself. At some point, Rob Moshein decided to try to stir up trouble by claiming that I'm lying about my identity. Before that I wasn't really aware of the whole Bob/Oma issue. Had Rob Moshein not attacked me and lied about me behind my back, the whole Bob/Oma thing wouldn't have been tolerated in the first place. However, I'll admit my curiosity got the better of me. Rob Moshein can thank himself for that. My initial instincts said that if Rob would take the time and trouble to make up lies about me simply because I decided to start up a forum, it made sense that Oma had been a victim herself, because obviously those two had an actual history. I've never even met Bob or Rob. (Or Oma, for that matter.) So I let the discussions go on unmoderated. In a way, I regret that I did. But then again, it seems a lot of questions have been raised on both sides. I don't think one side is 100% guilty or innocent. There are things about Oma I find very suspicious. There are things about Bob I think are severely shady. How will everything end? Only time will tell. My name is Anastasia....and I live in Austin, TX. I live at the address that used to be publicly posted in the whois for this domain. I have owned many, many domains over the last 10 years or so, and this is the first time I've had to withdraw my information from a whois because someone attempted to use the information against me.I still fail to see what I would have to gain by lying about who I am and where I live.

What difference would that make, really, to people posting on this forum? Membership to this forum is free. Have I ever asked anyone here for money? Have I tried to sell anyone something? Is there a business attached to this forum, or some other source of income? No, there is not. Why would he take the address from the whois and come to my home looking for me? What was he planning to do when he found me? (And he certainly can, because I'm still right here, where I've always said I am.) What is his motivation for lying and saying he's been to the address in the whois and saying I don't really live here?

If I was really Oma Hamou, or someone in her "camp" there are certainly things here I would have censored or deleted. But I've left up 99.9% of everything anyone here has posted. (That other .1% were excess copies of the same post. No information was lost.) I have no connection to Oma or her people aside from the fact that they are allowed to post on this forum. I have no connection to Bob or Rob, aside from being attacked by and having Rob lie to others about me behind my back. Yet I allow them to post here too. If I had ANYTHING to hide, this forum would not be unmoderated and several people would have been. banned...

Alexander Palace Time Machine Strikes Again!

Jim Sproul wrote and told us about DataLounge.com he claims for four years Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and their cult like following over at Alexander Palace Time Machine web site have used this forum amongst "other places on the web" to criminally harass, stalk and libel Oma Hamou.

Guess what folks their not letting up, they've done it again!

Seems this time around they are saying Hamopu's ex-Husband, Marcus Demian's statements published on the web about Hamou threatening him are true. It reminds me of how they claimed on the web Hamou had hired an assasin to kill Bob Atchison or how about this one, how Hamou had kidnapped some woman in Idaho or this one that Hamou seduced a Russian priest and got him to co-sign for a loan.

All of the claims made by Atchison and his history freaks over on his web site Alexander Palace Time Machine web site about Hamou were proven to be lies and we at APO were especially glad to prove at least with what Marcus Demian wrote on this blog was nothing more than hot manuere. In other words Marcus Demian is full of shit.

Back to the business aspect of this blog, you've probably noticed that we've slowed down a bit in these parts. There's a few reasons for this, and I'm gonna lay them out for you here:

1) We're looking at changing our host. Because of this, we've been screwing around on the dummy blog on the new host a bit, and it's taking away from posting time.

2) We're working on doing some new and fantastic things around here. Stay tuned for a new segment we're calling "Please Approach The Bench."

Trust me when I tell you that you will NOT be disappointed. We're also working on a reader mail portion for our programming (so get your questions, comments, and adorable pictures of baby otters in NOW!) and are toying around with several other ideas to make things different around here. We know how many gossip blogs there are out there, and we appreciate those of you who take the time to visit ours each and every day

3) I've actually just been damn busy. My job keeps having, like, these expectations of me lately. I've been working too much and not spending as much time with my family as I'd like. All of this adds up to a decline in our posting time. Yet you all continue to come back, more and more of you each day, and for that we honestly do thank you. I promise to continue giving you quality and, when we can, quality in higher quantities. What I will NOT do is rush through a post and put something half assed or, worse yet, plagiarized here just to fill space. That's just not me. We started a blog because we have things to say. Exposing the truth behind the men who run a web site called the Alexander Palace Time Machine and their cult like following.

That desire to expose them still burns deeply within each of us, and shan't be burning out anytime soon.

Are you an idiot, Rob Moshein, or just an idiot?

Not so long ago a bunch of us who were minding our own P's and Q's freely expressing our opinion on the "LEGENDS FORUM" a history forum which was operated by a real nice lady from Austin, Texas who in the end like so many was accused by Atchison/Moshein and friends alike as being no other than Oma Hamou herself.

The Legends forum discussed all aspects of Russian history including the controversy surrounding Anna Anderson & the Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov and of course our disdain for the daily attacks allowed on Atchison own Russian history forum. This blog and similar blogs to it was created in part because Rob Moshein and his friends hijacked our forum and turned it into a place where they could daily stalk and harass Hamou and those who defended her.

Again, as the respected historian/author Peter Kurth asked Moshein, we too ask, “…are you an idiot, Rob, or just an idiot?…”

Let’s recap:

On "Legends" a thread was specifically created to discuss Atchison's Alexander Palace Time machine Forum Mike Newson posted on June 23, 2006:

It seems that we who post and read in this thread are all still very tender under the skin from our shared experiences and encounters with people associated with the APTM. So when Susan and Alix H both came out of the blue and shot arrows at us. (Neither bothered to say, “Hi, this is me...” They just attacked, Susan attacked Michael G, and Alix H basically laid into the rest of us, at least those of us who post on this thread.) Anyway, after seeing what was happening I decided to go back to post one on this thread which started with RealAnastasia saying, “Today, I visited the "Palace Forums" where I have a message defending Bear very politely and wishing all people a Merry Christmas....and the answers that I found were simply amazing. Plenty of hate and scorn.” It seems to me that the APTM Forum is very central to all of us, even if our experiences have not been favorable. In response to RealAnastasia being attacked, LyliaM said, “I just reviewed the posts and I don't even know what to say. Except that you did NOTHING WHATSOEVER to deserve such treatment. The attacks really are outrageous. They're rude in and of themselves (and totally unprovoked as well.)” It was suggested that she report the abuse to the APTM Forum Administrator (FA) and she responded, "I'm a little afraid to PM FA, for Finnelly did it, and it was she who was banned. You know how things work in the Palace Forums.” And yes some negative words were used to describe one person there according to how they felt about this person’s behavior, when LyliaM said, “I feel that there is something seriously wrong with the FA. His behavior demonstrates -- to me, anyway -- an excessive degree of paranoia and hostility bordering on the delusional.” This experience was not unique, it seems that many have had similar experiences, and as far as I know stating a personal experience is not slanderous. For example elena maria vidal said, "I was just reading how rude they all were to Versoix, especially the Forum Administrator. It is like dealing with some totalitarian regime....”

In general most people here seem to feel that their personal experience there at the APTM was not favorable, as in when LyliaM said, “My feeling is that some of those people are undersocialized, bored shut-ins who enjoy an illusory sense of knowledge and power by being self-styled AA "experts." I find the chummy way they support one another, once it's clear "which side" they're on, pretty amusing. If your junior-high-school experience was too short for your liking, visit the AP Survivors Board and you'll feel like you're in seventh grade all over again!” Elena maria vidal expressed her feelings about APTM when she said, “So many of the other threads have a BAD vibe, … ; people are getting SO nasty, one cannot discuss anything in an intelligent manner. I do not mind if people disagree with me or prove me wrong, because I am there to learn, but some people are SO nasty and condescending.” What is happening now was somewhat explained when LyliaM said, “My husband, who has observed my anger at the rudeness and disinformation tolerated on the Survivors threads, explained to me that (this) sort of thing tends to happen once online groups exceed a certain number of members. … I definitely agree that the nastiness has escalated in other places on the Palace site, and I think that it must be due to ineffective monitoring. The sad reality is that most kind and courteous folks will walk away from a site once it degenerates past a certain point, leaving the creeps to claim the place for themselves. … According to my husband's statistical analysis, once we get an additional 20 or so members here . . . watch out!” Which is what seems to be happening, although until recently I think we were all getting over things and healing until the scabs were ripped off. So here we go again…

I think Penny (Penny Wilson) best expressed her feeling and experiences when she said, “...it's important to remember that the AP site is heavily agendized. The behavior of Bob and Rob -- and especially Rob -- is not surprising to those who have known them for a long time. They simply are what they are -- take them or leave them. …The bottom line is that you will not fit in with them unless you agree with their every dictation about the Romanovs; and if you do not fit in with them, they will do what is in their power to damage you.

Usually, this sort of damage is small potatoes, like being banned from their web site, but I know of one historian who abandoned a book project rather than deal with the slings and arrows of Bob and Rob.” In effect as she said about them at a later point, “Believe our way, or we'll get rid of you." She continued to express her feeling when she said, “…My gut feeling is that all this comes down to their need to "own" the Nicholas and Alexandra part of Romanov history; they seem to have a ridiculous need to be the "last word" on this subject.”

It was interesting to learn about the control exerted on many of us as in when RealAnastasia said about her experience on the APTM with respect to Penny, “They lied to me about you, Penny, and pushed me to be rude to you. Annie said that, "all people know that Penny is a paranoiac person"...How can she have been so unrespectful of an historian who had celebrated published works all around the world? How can she be so liar? I'm sincerely disgusted.” LyliaM also expressed her feelings, “I feel hurt and outraged for the good people who have been libeled there, and it's just not worth it to me. Add to that the info that Penny has shared with us, and it all adds up to a very spiritually blighted site. It's like the buzzards are still picking over the bones, trying to figure how to co-opt Russian history and benefit from it.”

LyliaM also noticed this same tendency when she said, “…I noticed another controlling and suppressive episode on the "rape" thread in the Last Chapter Forum: Rob says that Bob says that there is no evidence to support a conclusion of anything at all happening on board the Rus, and that this should be enough to end the conversation. From my experience several times, if anyone continues to discuss it, they could get a personal email from Rob saying that, "Bob is getting sick to his stomach over this. Please stop."

There's no sort of intellectual debate going on at that place -- just mudslinging for the benefit of "the Gulag." Completely defamatory and unsubstantiated accusations are being made.

…doesn't this information jibe with everything you've learned about those guys through your own interaction with them? They talk out of both sides of their mouths at once. They are dishonest; they are control freaks; they feel a bizarre sense of ownership over this affair; they twist people's words; they denigrate and insult those who merely speak logic. Frankly, the only explanation that I can (sort of) come up with for their behavior IS that Bob and Rob truly feel that they have been ordained by "higher powers" to enlighten Planet Earth as to the "truth" about AA.

I had a brief (but alarming) brush with a religious cult while in law school, and those people demonstrated the same scary belief that they, and they ALONE, were recipients of God's truth. They also employed similar tactics to keep people in line and keep the self-justification machine chugging along.”

At one point Penny commented that, “Time and again, I have heard that Bob "knows" that AM was not GDA for various arcane reasons: That he has been in spiritual communication with Olga and Alexandra and both have assured him that Anastasia was safely with them; that AM simply did not present herself or live as they imagined a Russian Grand Duchess would; and since he saw the bones in Ekaterinburg, Bob has been sure that Anastasia was among them because his "artist's eye" recognized her skull.

… And everyone who has known Bob for any length of time knows that he chats to Olga and Alix -- I don't even recall who told me, but it was several years ago. I asked a couple of people if he was kidding, and I was told, "Oh, no -- Bob's quite sure that those two speak directly to him." I have that email still, so this is a direct quote. Versoix responded, “Penny, if this is for real, it's worse than crazy. It's insulting and possibly sacrilegious.

Alexandra and Olga are canonized saints of my church. In the Orthodox tradition, the idea that saints and angels, even the most holy Mother of God, and even beyond that the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, sometimes appear to living people or otherwise speak directly to them, is recognized as true. But this happens only to very special people, people of quite extraordinary holiness ~who are not seeking such experiences~, and who, historically, have been ~quite reluctant to talk about them~.

In fact, one of the ways the church judges whether visionaries are telling the truth is by taking the measure of these people as Christians, the measure of the way they live their lives, the faith, hope and love they show, the humility they show, etc.

In other words, my first reaction to any "normal" person who claimed to be talking to saints would be outrage -- outrage that by these claims the person was dishonoring the name of the saint. My outrage would dissipate instantly if it became obvious to me that the person was psychotic.” And Penny responded back with, “I do NOT believe that Bob has visitations from Alix and Olga; nor do I think that he is psychotic. I think he's obsessed, and that this obsession has joined his delusions of grandeur to create -- consciously or not -- this sort of pseudo-religious ("religious" with a small "r," if you get my meaning) aura about him, as though he is a sort of paranormal lion at the Romanov gate.” Michael G. also seems to have experienced the same things. He said, “I guess they want to "control" for use of a better word, history, and how it is viewed. It is truly sad when such parasitic individuals as Atchison and Moshein and their court of sycophants, try to make themselves rich off of history, they steal artifacts from the palace, and they besmirch good people such as Greg & Penny and their stellar work. I wonder how many of those fools have contributed money to these two and their forum?
And how many of them have gotten rooked or booted off when they are no longer in favor?”

All of which I take to be people’s personal experiences and impressions as to what they have experienced at or because of the APTM. And while at first it seems that people’s experiences ruled the posts here we see a slight change when we first heard about Oma Hamou on Feb 04, 2006 (My experience here started on Mar 10, 2006) when Penny reported that she had found a website http://www.bobatchison.co.uk/ about Bob from someone’s rapidly deleted post on APTM. Penny said, “I don't know what's true and what's not true on that site, though I have been hearing a lot of it for several years from people involved -- or formerly involved -- with both sides. Initially, I gave Rob and Bob the benefit of the doubt, because I know them better than Oma, whom I don't know at all -- but after seeing them in action on the AP Boards -- in how they treat people, and in how they censor ideas and ban discussion in an attempt to "control" Russian history and the form in which it is presented to the students who might come to their site to learn -- well... I am inclined to give them a whole lot less benefit of that doubt.” I have to agree with Tali when she said, “What happened in the situation surrounding the owners of the Alexander Palace Time Machine and Ms. Hamou could very well happen to any of us ~ it is a lesson for all of us ~ there are many cults and cult like figures which in the last years have developed surrounding Nicholas II ~ these kind of people need our prayers because they are lost! “

Maryanne had a major negative experience with the APTM and it’s principles when she reported to us that she had visited this site. http://www.bobatchison.co.uk/ She said, [i]“Saturday with nothing to do I spent the entire afternoon reading Sean’s website on Bob and them. …

Getting back to Sean’s site. I took lots of notes because there are lots of links and some things made me want to ask Bob himself what’s true and not true. For me Bob (until yesterday) he's always been easy to talk too sometimes yes he can be cagey and even a grumpy bear but if I’ve ever had a question about something relating to Nicholas and Alexandra he usually gave me an answer.

Yesterday, FA (Rob) wrote: “…Bob is more concerned with accuracy than his ego. If evidence shows he made a mistake, he is the first to recognize it and be glad of the corrections. I've seen it a hundred times.

…Bob said the links to the documents some of them were fake and the person he was in a lawsuit with was trying to humiliate him cause he said he won and she lost. I thought ok, yes I bought his answer cause I don't know but some of the things that his attorney filed and he said things I remember from his emails to me weren't true and when I said, "But Bob I remember you sent me an email that said something different" he got mad at me and told me that he can see that I am not his friend and I am only there to cause him problems. All I wanted to know was the truth. He threatened to call my parents and involve them and out of his paranoia and my surprise he did!”

LyliaM had this reaction to Maryanne’s experience when she said, “Bob clearly has some major problems and what he did was an incredible violation on many different levels. People with nothing to hide don't behave as he did. I feel sorry for him, because he's on a very bad path that's not going to lead him to enlightenment, but I am also very angered by the innocent people he's hurting in his egomania. I find the way he instantly turned on you when you confronted him with his own words very chilling. He's a sick man, and I would steer clear of him,”

About this point in time I started to post in this thread and I said about what I had seen here, “So far I have seen two basic sources of information backing the things that have been said about Rob, Bob and Company. One is the this-is-what-happened-to-me source of information. And the Second is, this is what I found published in court documents regarding Oma and Bob. Given these sources, well Bob can talk until he is blue in the face and won’t get anywhere in a court. Much of what has been said I personally have experienced also, just not in the APTM forum. http://www.omahamou.com/ there right along with Oma’s (Well OK, so it is inside her exhibits, still you can go read it if you want to. Note: Go to the “NEWS” section.) My point is that one cannot sue over this-is-what-happened-to-me, as it is your own personal experience. Now drawing conclusions might be a problem. This is what Rob and Bob did against Oma, they were not happy with just stating this-is-the-facts according to this court record or that. Or this is what we have heard from this source or that. They drew their own conclusions and published those as fact. Which is where they opened themselves up for trouble.”

Still is seems that most of us congregated here in this thread because of shared experiences and similar trauma. Penny seems to have expressed best and first when she said, “I think it's been natural to sort of congregate and share traveler's tales about that place.” Elena maria vidal, agreed when she said, ”I do think we all needed to vent a little about the AP boards and this has been a safe place to do it, because some of us have been really hurt there.” As did LyliaM with, “I do, … feel that new posters, who have generally come here after having been abused "over there," have an understandable need to express their frustration, hurt and outrage to people they know will understand. So, I say, let new members vent initially . . .” The problem is that we have had such a flood of new people that there has been no chance for anything else but healing. Not that Susan’s attack on Michael G, helped and Alix H, you could have come in a bit more softly with an introduction rather than what seemed to be an attack. Justin seems to agree also by saying, “…what have we let our self into by expressing our frustrations and our experiences from certain people there? That is, How do we know it is safe to express ourselves here, is there any place that they can not reach? I am learning that once a lie is created it has no way to live unless it grows even bigger, that the only way to cover up a lie is to hide it with an even bigger one. As I learn about the capacity and willingness of some to use lies as a weapon, well I wonder is there any place that one is safe to express a free and open opinion involving the Romanovs? … all the wounded are gathering in safe havens such as this forum to lick our wounds and heal…”

Yes I found some name calling, but not all that much, things such as “idiotic and insulting (and worthless) thread” and “I cannot believe you are an admin. You are the most UNPROFESSIONAL admin ever, and you truly suck at your job.” Or “classless, close-minded little folks whose lives revolve around visiting the site 500 times a day to ridicule and denigrate others, after having read a few books that they can't even be troubled to cite correctly.” But considering that this is either quoting what was said to someone, or expressing personal feelings in response to something, well words expressed in reaction are judged by courts much less harshly than cold cool deliberate slander.

As to if this is slanderous, well Keith seems to have wrapped that up with this comment, “Due to some wonderful investigative journalists and private investigators, everything either Bob or Rob said to anyone, (and under every name he or Rob hid behind), about Oma was documented, researched and tracked. So, friends. After a long spell of not really knowing who to trust or what to reveal I am now donning the war cry of Londoners and the world with respect to terrorism and encouraging others to come back to post here without fear.” And I agree with Penny when she said, “I do understand the need to "recover" a bit and to share traveler's tales of that place -- but I think it important not to wallow in it.” Which seems to bring us to the present time.

Well except that while I was reading all the old stuff, new stuff popped up. It really seems that a tender point has been found judging from all the recent posts. And while I can agree with Alix H in principle I don’t find that the responses and comments here were all that hateful in consideration of shared experiences. Expressions of personal experiences and feelings over those experiences, Yes, but I do not find carefully thought out expressions of hate toward anyone. Frustrations galore, certainly, however, I suspect that it all has to do with your point of view. I would expect that friends of Bob and Rob would not look at this at all kindly, and would in fact expect them to react as Alix H has, and the fact that Alix H first read this thread and posted here seems to confirm that possibility. That one is a friend of Rob or Bob is certainly not a crime in any sense of the word, everyone needs friends. And I see no reason that such a person could not be welcomed here as this is a place where more than one point of view can be tolerated. But then again I would expect that before judging that one would research why what was said, was said. I hope that it was just shock that brought out Alix’s initial comments and that meaningful dialog and an exchange of points of view could still occur. Try putting yourself in to the mindset of those who were hurt and came here for healing; is it any wonder that they expressed feelings of frustration and outrage?

People’s personal experiences are not slanderous, although their experiences may not be ones that you want to hear. Still they are that persons experiences, and as such very important to that person, and the expressing of them to a sympathetic audience is highly therapeutic to all concerned. As such I feel that those who need this therapy can and should continue to express themselves here in this part of the forum. I see no reason why what happens here should be considered a detraction from the rest of the site, which I am still wading through, and still do not have a real opinion on, other than vague romantic wishes, but I am learning. But rather like an activity that is going on in one part of town, while you with a different need and interest experience a totally different activity clear across town. So for those who want more discussion of Anastasia, well there are threads for that, for those who need to heal, then this is where you need to be until you heal.

The current feed back via the inner circle, after my last letter to Sandman, goes something like this… So what if “Herman” (aka: Marcus Demian et. al.) lied, so what if he created the situation that put Oma in jail, so what if he “smacked her around” take a look at that picture of Oma again, and, if you can find it, the color version and read the police/hospital reports.) “We” (Rob Moshein/Bob Atchison/Pallasrt, et.al) are still telling the truth. Besides she deserves it, she is still a criminal and we are only trying to protect the world from her. (Umm… isn’t that what the legal system is for? I thought vigilantes setting themselves up as judge, jury and executioner went out back in the days of the Wild West?)

Is that why Bob Atchison made up a story about Oma hiring someone to kill him to rid the world from Oma the assassin and garner some sympathy at the same time?

I keep asking myself why is it OK for Rob Moshein to have debt and have a company fold and go bankrupt, and for Bob Atchson to have a defunct corporation but still operate and take in income while he was not allowed to by the state and fail to pay his taxes, but on the other hand, with almost the same situation, it is EVIL for Oma Hamou to keep trying to pay her companies bills (rather than declare bankruptcy) and having a corporation that was not current for a time but not doing business during that time, (no income)?

Just what is the difference between the two and why is it OK for Rob Moshein /Bob Atchison but it makes Oma an evil person?

Why is it that “they” have to invoke nebulous friends who are cops and judges, but never have a name, who laugh at “us” but on the other hand our documentation (most of which is sworn to be true to the courts by them) is faked and false?

Why is it that they are just telling you to the best of their ability the “truth” about Oma Hamou, yet the courts slapped them down as having probable cause to be libelous for saying the exact same things that they are still saying?

Why is it that what all the sites and blogs say about Oma can be traced back to what Bob/Rob wrote in Bob’s first legal papers that he sued Oma with - that started all this Internet verbal war?

Why is it that no matter what we produce to challenge their story about Oma Hamou, no matter how many times that they have been put on notice that what they have done is causing vast amount of harm; physically, emotionally, and financially, they keep attacking and never change their words to match what the evidence shows is the truth?

Bottom line, they don’t care as long as they can continue to harm Oma Hamou.

I hate to be the one to have to point this out, Bob Atchison, but your entire celebrity is fuelled by bloggers at this point. Aside from you creating your G-damn Alexander Palace Time Machine baby you haven't done much since the 90's for the palace. It's bloggers and their sad computers pointing out what a crazy son of a bitch you really are and questioning why haven't they put you in jail for all the things you've done to Oma Hamou that have made it possible for you to have a "career" right now. If you were angry at, I don't know, Rob for not cooking the meat right, well then I might understand. But sweetie, getting angry at the bloggers who are fueling your needless career is tantamount to Pinnochio bitch slapping Gepetto. Neither Bob Atchison or Rob Moshein are a bona-fide historian or for that matter researcher slash detective no matter how hard they attempt to convice everyone that their stories on Hamou are fair, partial and thorough they present a bastardised version of facts which is driven by an agenda.

Any of this sound familiar to the name calling we’ve seen done over on that other blog about Oma Hamou?

On a different forum at http://www.kingandwilson.com/ which unlike Atchison and Moshein is operated by authenticated historians/authors, there was a bit of “bitch slapping” going on between Rob Moshein and others concerning how he and Bob runs their "baby" Alexander Palace Time Machine Forum.

Rob -- if I didn't still have a vestige of decency in me (and believe me, it is very small in regard to this case) I would curse you out in a way that might even knock your (fake) Texan socks off! "Your own dear Mr. Kurth" indeed! (As opposed, I suppose, to your own dear witches on the heath.) I played no role whatsoever in the DNA testing, apart from carrying a lock of hair (with my own fingerprints and DNA all over it) directly to Aldermaston. They didn't need any more hair, as it happened -- they already had a lot of "putative" samples. Neither was the hair sample returned to me (and it didn't even belong to me, which is the saddest part of the story in my view). The Schweitzers LOST in their battle to keep things controlled at that time. Every monarchist idiot, as well as some very highly paid lawyers, as well as the "Nobility Association" or whatever they call it -- a lot of dessicated Yusopov-types who give a ball at the Plaza every year -- got into the act. I WAS NOT INVOLVED. The Schweitzers believed, naturally, that what they knew to be true would be borne out by the tests. If they were wrong, then they were wrong, and that is all there is to it. YOU, on the other hand, cannot let it rest. You are not content with your "scientific" results, but must go on attacking and defaming a woman you never knew, out of some loyalty to -- what??? Your tremendous success with your board? The fame that accrues to you through your association with Bob? Oma, maybe? Nobody questioned its authenticity at all until the result came up showing she was not. In the "beginning" there was Oma and Life promised that things would never be dull around her … (especially for those close to her ;) )

Starting of humble birth in the mountains of south eastern USA, Oma came into this world fated it would seem to attract all the wrong attention. Starting in childhood she experienced "things" --- traumas --- that most of us only read about in the newspapers. Life was such that she escaped the only way she knew how and left home as a very young teen with basically nothing but a baby doll and traveled to the home of the stars – Los Angeles California, or more specifically Hollywood.This was a trip that would happen several times in her young life. You see she was very lucky and met the right person and instead of becoming a street walker as a teenager --- she walked with the stars.

The basic outcome? She eventually stayed in LA where she became a model and actress and met with moderate success as a model, hanging out with the jet set crowd and seeing the world. Even today, if you keep your eyes open, (something most of us don't do while watching this type of programming) you can see short clips of her now and then in TV advertisements where they use what the industry calls stock footage. (Her heyday was before the Internet so we do not find tons of photos of her all over the place…) Stunning of figure and introduced to the right people she started to make inroads into the etertainment industry, she had a long hard row to hoe.

Then we introduce into the plot the now ex husband --- Marcus Demian born to a different name many, many, many years before Oma was even a twinkle in her fathers eye, and the user of many names over time, a somewhat successful writer in the entertainment field, but with a strange appetite for women that would make Oma his tenth wife (and she most certainly was not his last wife). Oma seemingly attracted him not only with her body but I'd say that with his past experiences that he could tell that here was a woman that was ripe for the types of manipulation he was capable of. The marriage turned turbulent right off the bat with several incidents of domestic abuse and temporary restraining orders however, there is something that is strange about women who have had experiences like Oma has had, they keep coming back to the one who hurts them, attempting to defuse and appease the situation, it is as if they have some compulsion that transcends all that most of us would call common sense. Besides if nothing else Oma Hamou is first and foremost a mother.

There is a Hate-Oma Blog, that Marcus has confirmed is maintained by Rob/Bob, that claims Oma kidnapped Marcus's children and didn't have permission to take the children anywhere. Yet an order was signed by the COURT instructing the Sheriff to remove the children from their father and deliver them to their biological mother. Both women were told by the Sheriff to take all three children and “Get out of Dodge” as Marcus was mad as hell and was gunning for bear. Custody of Marcus's two small children were given by way of a court order to their biological mother and because of what was told to the women, Oma hid all three children including her own small son and the mother in a different city. The state of Montana knew the circumstances but Bob/Rob, et. al., do not --- and because the records pertaining to the children are SEALED by the State of Montana, I don't think they ever will other than as we attempt to set the record right. (Why we attempt it is beyond me as “they” never modify their story to reflect reality, they just keep on portraying that their story is the whole truth no matter how or how often we correct them. Well now and then they do respond to what “we” say and make modifications, generally to justify their position, or add some more of what they think is dirt about Oma in a continuing attempt to get someone, anyone, to hate Oma and believe them. The only way they will accept any fact is if it places the worst possible light on Oma. I think in part that for them to admit that even one piece of their story is false would be to have their whole house of cards fall down around them, at least in their eyes. The funniest part of this is that they say they have the “right” to say this about Oma and “laugh” when we say that they do not, yet when this was brought to court the court granted a Temporary Restraining Order in favor of Oma as she had shown a likelihood of winning the case of libel against Rob Moshein/Bob Atchison and yet they continue to do the same things that they were told not to do.…)

Turning our attention back to the "kidnapping" allegations made on that Hate-Oma Blog --- despite a court order that in part prevented Marcus from going anywhere near his children and Oma's or the women (Oma & the biological mother) he found the two small children and convinced their mother that if she traveled to California that Montana wouldn't have jurisdiction and they would be free. He flew them (the children and their mother) to California and a few days later showed up with someone who pretended to be a cop there to arrest the mother of his children for violating the court order. He then kidnaps the children and returns back to Montana as if he is some kind of hero. The mother reports the kidnapping and when Marcus returns he is surrounded by law enforcement at gun point and the children are placed in foster care. One other little tid-bit, the guy who impersonated a cop was later arrested, plead guilty, while Marcus maintained his distance and claimed he didn't have anything to do with it.

Over time there emerged one horrifyingly real pattern, the children were being "used" by her ex husband at first in denial and later held in sway by his manipulation and abuse, she eventually left him and returned back to the abuse several times, facing many horrors at his hand. (Ask someone who knows about this type of trauma and ask them what happens to short term memory in such cases, ask them what the victim will do and say to escape the horror, ask them about the denial that the victims exhibit.)

Obviously he had to discredit or remove the women in order to be left free to continue to feed his appetites. (Can one say -Motive?) And he used his writing skills and crafted a plot worthy of the big screen. Manipulating Oma in the way that only one suffering from past traumas and now in the thrall of battered wife syndrome could be manipulated -- she kept returning trying to appease the beast in any way she could.

The end result, Oma went to jail according to the script. Her Ex promised her all sorts of things (such as; he would get her out and pay for everything using their joint assets , which her being in jail left him in control of (such as the $100,000 plus joint ownership apartment building that he sold without telling her while she was in jail), and all would be made well --- her son would stay alive…) IF she would do what he told her and such is the mindset of one suffering battered wife syndrome that she did what he said --- always trying to appease the beast that held her soul captive. (One aspect of battered wife syndrome is that the victim will do just about anything to defuse the situation and typically believes that it is all their fault….) He even told her that if she had not been in jail that she would have been dead, just like he said his previous wife and the mother of those other children was. Later in this story, after he almost killed her, she broke free, it took the apparent death of the mother of his children (the wife before Oma came on the scene) --- a death he bragged about --- and Oma's almost death at his hands (The color photos of her body after he finished beating her make you sick) and the death of her unborn child (caused by the beating) for her to begin to see the light, but she did see it and never again could he control her like he had.

In one of several letters to the court Marcus Demian’s attorney writes:

NOTICE THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS LISTED ON BOTH THE APPLICATION FOR ALCOHOL BEVERAGE & CONTROL AND THE BANK OF AMERICA STATEMENT AND THAT OF THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS LISTED ON A LETTER TO OMA HAMOU.

Did you know that in California the statute of limitations has not expired for murder, fraud, conspiracy to commit murder and all sorts of stuff that Marcus Demian did?

Oma has the evidence including cancelled checks to the man Marcus hired to pretend he was a cop, checks he pretended to give on behalf of Oma but never did, bank statements, letters, tape recordings that he himself made and thought that he had disposed of in a trash bin.

Anyway after the divorce, Oma got married in 1994 one more time and acquired the last name of Hamou, there was still some mop-up to handle because of the events that transpired while she lived that nightmare with Demian but afterwards she lived in Israel, Switzerland, and London before returning to L.A., where she came up with a concept to turn one of the novels she had written during this time period into a movie and formed a production company which in time would take her to Russia.

Now we introduce the next set of villains in this little play. Bob Atchison and his life partner Rob Moshein who, seeming to "own" the Alexander Palace in Russia, and having an excellent web site on the subject. Oma thought she had found someone who could help with the historical accuracy of the movie project, his web site said great things about him and Russia, but when she actually traveled to Russia she found that the claims were empty shells. Forced to resign her association with Bob Atchison and his web association, in order for the Russians to even think about working with her. The net result is that for the next five and half years she would be faced with opposition in the form of Bob attempting (and succeeding) to stop her in any way he could so that the project would not succeed.

Was jealousy a motive for his actions, jealousy in that he felt the Alexander Palace was his? After all, he talked to the dead empress in visions, did "she" tell him to stop Oma Hamou?

Was it that he felt he was the gatekeeper of all things dealing with this time in history? Or did he have to discredit Oma to maintain his own illusion of control and authority in regards to this historical time period, and associated buildings, people and events?

So far the motive remains a mystery, unlike Marcus, where the apparent motive is the feeding of a warped sexual appetite, Bob Atchison's motives are still unknown. What is known is that he hates Oma, and wants the world to hate her and those around her. Although to be honest at times I wonder if it is not Rob Moshein who is the driving force behind the daily activities on the web. There is a long complex tale behind these few words here: accusations and counter accusations, words written attacking Oma and words debunking those words, attack - defend and counter attack, the ebb and flow of a battle of words fought on the internet, where probably thousands of years from now people will be able to go back and read all about it.

Basically one has to go on patterns of behavior to understand it all. For example, when one looks at the patterns we find that patterns of denial of actions in regards to attacks on Oma Hamou on the internet exists in public while, to insiders and others such as during attempts to have the police go after Oma, or in court, responsibility for the sites attacking Oma exist.

The short story is that after finding that he would not have a part of the new project Bob went after anyone who he thought might work with Oma to accomplish her dreams and tried to convince them that she was a horrible person because of what happened with Marcus so many years ago. He took the battle public on the internet, at first on his own site, and then through other sites, including one site in which it turns out the web master was a friend of mine and he retrieved the sign up record for the "free" web site that had the hate-Oma Hamou diatribe posted. The record showed that a Pallasart (Bob's Company) IP address was used to create the site. Now in line with this thought, at one point Dunn & Bradstreet had a report about Oma that she does not know how the report came to be in existence and which she corrected the results after she found out about it, but not before Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein used it to show negative things about Oma. Now we have a similar situation, as when they used my friends site to host their diatribe, coming into existence (details to follow when the legal teams says it is Ok to talk) in that we have found, and documented, where a Pallasart IP was used to create a very recent business report about one of Oma's company’s similar in nature to the D&B report. As the pattern now exists where in we can prove that a Pallasart IP was used to create this report, could not the same pattern be applied to the D&B report. That is what is the validity of these reports when one finds that Rob/Bob (they really are one entity) are behind the creation of them?

Patterns, Patterns, Patterns --- this is the key to understanding. If you take the time to go back and study the issues, notice that several women have had similar experiences (patterns) with Marcus? Notice that several people have had similar experiences (Patterns) with Bob Atchison/Rob Moshein/Pallasart, et. al. Notice that there is a pattern of saying that something is true with no supportive documentation to back it up, it is just true because they say it is and believe them.… Or, of misreading the documentation, or using partial quotes out of context. Cut and pasting emails such that they provide a story line that supports their point of view. Then when Oma’s defenders provide the documentation to debunk what they state is the “Whole Truth” then it must be faked (Photoshopped) or otherwise falsified. When we show using documented evidence that there is a pattern of falsehoods being issued by the hate-Oma groups then we are stalking them and they are the victims. It will take some time and digging to find the truth of are Oma Hamou’s defenders telling the truth, or is she this monster that those who wish you to hate her say she is. The way you can tell is found in the patterns, such as the pattern of the various Hate-Oma web sites and blogs stating that Bob Atchison has nothing to do with the words published therein. Yet what was the evidence of the various police reports that have been published concerning this? (Bob Atchison claimed ownership.) Remember how the various Oma Hamou Report web sites denied any involvement of Bob/Rob, yet in the end who owns the domain? (Rob Moshein is the owner of record) Bob has claimed responsibility in private (remember that we have informants from the inner circle) for what was denied in public… I think when all is done and finished that we will find that Bob is at the center of it all, that everything swirls around him, the center of influence and motivation, as if a spider in the center of the web of deceit that has been spun about Oma and all of us who defend her.

In the end I think that the legal system will vindicate itself and call to accountability the actions of Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison (Pallasart, et.al.) as well as Marcus Demian now that he has inserted himself into the mix. At one point I think Oma was willing to just have her name cleared, but now, based on the nature of the threats issued, I think it may have gone to far for such a simple ending. What was once historically overlooked is now taken very seriously by the law and law enforcement.

So I think appropriate action will be taken after due process is exercised to validate the mountain of evidence that has been obtained or retained. And then, the evidence having been validated by the system, then I think we will see action on the civil front.

As I have said before, I do not feel that Oma is this lily white virgin from next door who never missed a day of Sunday school in her life. She made more than her share of mistakes, some can be excused because of the circumstances and some can’t. Much can be understood when you study the trauma of childhood abuse and the battered spouse syndrome. At one point she was a world class model and all that, that profession entails in terms of her body being the primary tool of that profession, I.E. nudity or in her case --- almost nude. So an angel? Not even on her best days!

Oma is more of a warrior of her Russian heritage --- never quitting. The bottom line is not that she made mistakes, but that she took responsibility for them, no matter the cause, made restitution to correct the mistakes and picked herself up one more time. This is the essence of why I respect her, and defend her. That she keeps picking herself up just one more time.
